I would generally recommend for the fact that for an official dealer they are pretty good. I will say that I have not been very pleased with the additional charges they try to add on to the service, es official dealer they are pretty good. I will say that I have not been very pleased with the additional charges they try to add on to the service, especially fees such as "diagnostic fees", which are $125. Even though my car was covered under warranty service and another certified dealer made an error with putting the dash manifold back together, they still charged me this fee. Not only that, but the alert display specifically showed the reason to take the car in for service, so what was there to diagnose? The work done was good, but I will say that I know for a fact they did not perform the 126 point inspection on the vehicle because it came back to me with 19psi in the front passenger tire. I had to get a plug for a nail. I will take my vehicle to a different buick dealer that I know does not charge this diagnostic fee. I just figured how could I go wrong taking my certified pre-owned lacrosse to the place where i originally purchased it? Make your own decisions on what you are willing to take as a customer. More
