I had outstanding service from my service mgr, Sandy Greenstein. I was leaving for vacation on 7/11. On 7/10, my SUV started shaking, my dashboard lit up, and power was slowing down. I pulled over into Greenstein. I was leaving for vacation on 7/11. On 7/10, my SUV started shaking, my dashboard lit up, and power was slowing down. I pulled over into a shopping area. I called and talked to Sandy explaining that was leaving for vacation on 7/11 and could he fit me in. He said he would take care of me and he sure did. My SUV was towed and within 2 hours I had my diagnosis and assurances it would be ready for my trip on 7/11. They were able to repair my SUV and have it ready for pickup mid-morning on 7/11. He took my situation into consideration and made sure my vacation plans were not going to jeopardized. I also want to thank the mechanic for his work on my SUV. Sandy has been my service manager for a long time. He has always being very professional and helping with my vehicle issues. I thanked him for his help and even commented on my social media pages.
