Who is a better Service Manager than Sandy Greenstein? He's a man at the top of his profession. He's competent, erudite, and charming. His dedication to the satisfaction of each customer is not seen in He's a man at the top of his profession. He's competent, erudite, and charming. His dedication to the satisfaction of each customer is not seen in modern times. It is evident that he enjoys his work and that he loves the customers he serves. The entire service experience in the customer lounge was spa-like, from the plush reclining chairs and the delicious latte to the gourmet chocolates and warm towels. Before I knew it, my vehicle was serviced and ready. I wished I could have stayed longer as I was next in line for the massage. Oh well, maybe next time. I'm not sure how they are able to provide this level of service at such a menial cost. More

Every time I take my vehicle to Wilkins I am surprised by how quickly they complete the work. Also, the amenities in the waiting area are great.
