We were in the market for a new truck, but had no intention of buying something so far from home. The sales rep really knew her stuff, and she was so easy to work with. We selected a truck we really liked and thought we'd go so far as to find out what it would cost us. The manager explained what he could give us for our trade-in and why. He told us about rebates. He wasn't the least bit pushy. By the time he was finished, we were ready to walk out the door and hop in a new truck -- regardless of the fact that the dealership was three hours from our home.
