The Staff and Tech's were informative. I found the Service Tech to be very accommodating to my schedule and allowed me to select my service date and time. The work was completed quickly and I found the Service Tech to be very accommodating to my schedule and allowed me to select my service date and time. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. The Tech advised of the planned service and once it was completed called to make sure that the service indicated was all I would require. They made service recommendations regarding other areas that may need to be addressed in up-coming services and were fair and understanding when I advised that I would like to wait for any additional suggestions. The Service staff was excellent and gave me positive feedback regarding my service requirements and completed the work to my satisfaction. The price was a little more than I expected but, understandable. the Service Writer was informative and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my overall experiences and the professionalism of the Service Personnel at I.G. Burtons and all the support personnel as well. More
