Service department is an absolute JOKE. DO NOT GO AND STAY AWAY! Brought my wrangler in for an oil leak. I originally had it at a previous shop and it was diagnosed as the dreaded oil coole DO NOT GO AND STAY AWAY! Brought my wrangler in for an oil leak. I originally had it at a previous shop and it was diagnosed as the dreaded oil cooler leak. They shared with me documentation to verify it. For me, this was covered under my extended warranty. (Called and verified myself) Unfortunately for me, it had to go to Jeep to be covered. Took my Jeep to IG Burton and they claimed the leak was not from a faulty oil cooler but was from a faulty "Oil Filter O Ring" and wanted over $500 to "Fix" the issue. When I began to question the massive amount of oil on the bottom of Jeep and how this could possibly be caused by an O Ring that comes with the filter. There is oil everywhere. I showed him photos from the previous shop and the tech began to get upset for me "questioning his ability." It then turned into a yelling match where I finally said drop the Jeep. When questioning the ridiculous $500+ charge, the service write up individual just stared at me like a deer in headlights. "It's just what it costs" she said. A faulty O Ring on the filter does not explain the massive amount of oil in the well and below the Jeep. I literally have photo proof. Told them to drop it off the lift and I took it back to where I originally had it. This shop is a complete joke, inappropriate in their responses and they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Jeep service tried to pin it on something else to avoid the warranty. It took the service manager 5 hours to return my original call. They said he was "out to lunch." I explained the entire situation and he seemed very indifferent. Stay FAR away. More
My car would not start so I took it to them to fix it. They were very rude about me trying to set up a payment plan. I take my car out that evening and get stranded out in sub zero temperatures because they did not actually fix the problem. I called them the next morning and asked if they would look at it and fix it free of charge since they already charged me for everything that I’m worth to “ fix” my car. They said no and showed no remorse for not fixing my car. Just another sleazebag dealership. Absolutely would not recommend. More

The personnel in the service department are knowledgeable and courteous. They always keep me abreast of the timeline regarding repairs. Monique, John, Rocco and Chris including staff I didn’t mention are wonderful to work with. More
