I've been going to this dealership for years and have been pretty satisfied with their service. But this time I dropped my car off for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) at appointment time been pretty satisfied with their service. But this time I dropped my car off for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) at appointment time of 9:30 am. They did not finish with my car that day and did call to let me know that it would not be done. I could not reach them until the next morning. When I did reach them they said my car was in the shop and would call me when finished. When I picked up my car they never apologised for not having my car finished and not letting me know. Needless to say I am not very happy with them right now. More

I went to have my tire rotation done in holden jeep and i marked the rear tires with sharpie to my surprise it was still in the same spot. My tires were never rotated and went back inside to question about it and i got refunded. More
