I am a first time customer. I brought my truck in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was performed but tire rotation was not but I was charged. I called the service department to make them aware. I was advised I could bring the truck back and they would rotate the tires or put a note in the system and make sure they are rotated on the next service. I brought the truck back the next day for the tire rotation. More
