I'm 3000 miles away in NYC. I was looking at an Escalade that was on the lot. I asked for the dealership inspection, CarFax and a video of the vehicle. All this was provided. As soon as I told them that I was going to send a Pre Purchase Inspection they stop communicating updates with me. They removed the 2013 Escalade from all the 3rd party sites and only kept it in the dealership website. I called again and confirmed before paying for the PPI that the car was still on the lot. The salesperson (Evan) confirmed that the car was still on the lot. Excited I booked the PPI and the inspector called Evan they both scheduled a time. As the inspector was on the way he called to say he will be 30-40 minutes late. No updates on the truck, "truck was still there". When he got there they tell him it was just sold. I lost on the PPI as the reason (excuse of bad business habits) that they do not put hold on used vehicles. In which was not told to me a customer that is 3000 miles away. The inspector lost it and gave me a call as he should for the lost time and money. This is not how business is handled and as a customer I felt as if my time money and business integrity was not valued by this dealership and their horrible practice. It is what it is and what not meant to be is the saying... BE AWARE AND DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE More

If you own a sports car & buy directional tires at Knudtsen Chevrolet, BEWARE. I bought new Continental Summer Performance tires for my Camaro at Knudtsen. It took 2 1/2 hours to switch tires & do the Knudtsen Chevrolet, BEWARE. I bought new Continental Summer Performance tires for my Camaro at Knudtsen. It took 2 1/2 hours to switch tires & do the alignment. I was showing a relative my new tires when I got home & he noticed the grooves on two tires were narrow on the outside & two other tires had wide grooves on the outside, so the passenger front & driver rear tires (opposite sides of the car!!) were installed/mounted backwards ('inside' side of tire was placed facing 'outside') in spite of each side of the tire being labelled ‘inside’ or ‘outside’. If my relative had not noticed this, it would have resulted in damage to my Camaro (according to Continental tire company) & could possibly have resulted in an accident (especially on wet roads). Had to go back to have tires remounted & aligned, took 3 hrs. If you've had directional tires installed at Knudtsen (Corvette & Camaro people), it would be worth reading your sidewalls to see if they were installed correctly. Also be aware that if you use a credit card, there is a 3% service fee on top of all charges. I asked beforehand if they give a discount for cash & was told 'no', then the fee came when I paid with a credit card. More

Knudtsen Chevrolet once again hit it out of the park. This is the second vehicle I’ve gotten from them. Gary Bower worked his butt off helping with all the work that went into getting me my new EV Blazer This is the second vehicle I’ve gotten from them.
