I just called Derek Mann. Explained the situation that occured when I purchased the vehicle. He gavr me the backstory as he supposedly knew it. I disputed the info as working key fob was given to me upon purchase and the second, fake key fob was only given to me AFTER I asked for a second key fob. As I was talking, Derek rudely interrupted me then hung uo on me. When I purchased the vehicle, Derek Piper, the salesman I dealt with was professional, polite and was very accommodating. My interactions since then have been anything but. Someone needs to advise people working there that customer service is a very large part of the success of a company. Whether you agree or disagree with the customer, polite, curtious service is key. Altho I am no longer in the area, I know many people still living there, some have purchased vehicles from your dealership, all have been notified of your poor customer service and deceit. PS.. I purchased the vehicle under my married name, Flory. I have since changed back to my maiden name, Donohue.
