We have several years of history working with you on your vehicle. In addition to previously replacing the transmission and doing work above and beyond the scope of your warranty, we have consistently attempted to meet your expectations. Currently, we are unable to duplicate the problem you are describing, despite multiple attempts to diagnose. Please consider an independent diagnostic from an alternative Service/Repair facility. We can bundle your previous Repair Order History documents for you to share with another shop that may be better able to assist you. Thank you for your business and we wish you the best going forward.

To clarify, I reported the transmission issue multiple times while my warranty was still active. During a test drive, the Service Director himself acknowledged that the transmission valve body was likely defective. Later, the General Manager and Service Director called me together and made a verbal commitment (also confirmed in a text message) that they would repair the transmission at no cost with a short-term warranty if I removed my reviews. I removed my reviews in good faith, but after I dropped the vehicle off twice, the dealership denied any issue and refused to honor their own commitment. Additionally, during that phone call, the General Manager raised his voice and acted unprofessionally, even telling me they “do not welcome customers who write reviews.” He later apologized for yelling, but the behavior was unprofessional and made it clear that their focus was more on silencing my reviews than resolving the actual transmission problem. This is why I stand firmly by my review.
