Made an appointment for recall and warranty service. Dropped off my vehicle and was told 3 days before they could look at it? Called and asked what the appointment was for and was told the appointment Dropped off my vehicle and was told 3 days before they could look at it? Called and asked what the appointment was for and was told the appointment put you in the "queue" and current wait is 3 days. I said then make my appointment for three days from now. Was told that this wouldn't help because I would just be put in the "queue" 3 days from now and probably another 3 day wait from then. No rental vehicles available (week wait for electric and 2 weeks for gas). Vehicle I own is 2024 and all the work required is recall and/or warranty. I have owned 20 plus chevys and have NEVER been told this by a dealership service department. Maybe this place should invest in some type of scheduling software or buy a planner. If you only have one vehicle in your household and work how are you supposed to get your vehicle fixed? I guess that isn't this dealerships problem. Really poor look for Chevrolet. More
Chris, Neumann and Anthony made a miracle happened for me. I gave up hope and was looking at going to a buy here pay here dealer. This is my third EV lease with Michael O'Roake and as always, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I also admire and appreciated the fact that Michael believes in EVs (past owner of a Bolt EUV and now an Equinox EV) and his presentation elevated my interest in upgrading from a Bolt to my new Equinox EV lease. In addition, I was respected and treated excellently by Beishouy who finalizing my new lease procedure in both a friendly and proficient manner. My recent experience was disappointing. I took my car in for an oil change and later received a text stating that the service was complete, but I was informed of a cracked valve stem that t I took my car in for an oil change and later received a text stating that the service was complete, but I was informed of a cracked valve stem that they wanted to charge me for—even though it was not damaged when I dropped off the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my car, the staff at the counter was unhelpful and failed to provide any explanation regarding the issue. Upon getting into my vehicle, I noticed that the right passenger-side tire was low. After stopping at a gas station to add air, I discovered that the tire was only being held by the cap, which resulted in a flat. The dealership ultimately had not fixed the problem, as they had not replaced the valve stem that they had broken. Additionally, I noticed an unpleasant odor of marijuana inside my vehicle when I got in while picking it up. I will no longer have them service my car. More
I planned my visit to Maher to buy a 2025 Trax 1RS and was met by Mrs. April who went right to work showing me the trim model of the Trax I wanted and she went over and above to make sure my wife and I we was met by Mrs. April who went right to work showing me the trim model of the Trax I wanted and she went over and above to make sure my wife and I were happy and satisfied, it was a great experience, shout out to Maher!!!
