Maher Chevrolet is absolutely shameless. I was blatantly lied to by salesperson Steve McLeod about the valuation price of a 2004 Saturn Vue. He tried to push an $8,500 price from Carfax that I was blatantly lied to by salesperson Steve McLeod about the valuation price of a 2004 Saturn Vue. He tried to push an $8,500 price from Carfax that's a total fabrication and then refused to show me any proof. Standard market value doesn't even come close. ($1900-$3600). Furthermore, they completely refused to negotiate, even with a cash offer on a car that's 22 years old and no longer a manufactured brand. It's a total rip off and they treat customers like dirt. Avoid Maher Chevrolet at all costs! More

Made an appointment for recall and warranty service. Dropped off my vehicle and was told 3 days before they could look at it? Called and asked what the appointment was for and was told the appointment Dropped off my vehicle and was told 3 days before they could look at it? Called and asked what the appointment was for and was told the appointment put you in the "queue" and current wait is 3 days. I said then make my appointment for three days from now. Was told that this wouldn't help because I would just be put in the "queue" 3 days from now and probably another 3 day wait from then. No rental vehicles available (week wait for electric and 2 weeks for gas). Vehicle I own is 2024 and all the work required is recall and/or warranty. I have owned 20 plus chevys and have NEVER been told this by a dealership service department. Maybe this place should invest in some type of scheduling software or buy a planner. If you only have one vehicle in your household and work how are you supposed to get your vehicle fixed? I guess that isn't this dealerships problem. Really poor look for Chevrolet. More
