"ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH IN ALL AREAS"

From my first email inquiry [phone response within MINUTES]; through the sales process [selecting the right style & accessories]; through the financing process, to the purchase of the 2017 smart Cabrio... EVERYONE was DEMONSTRATING what a "10 rating" is... NOT asking for it, or explaining why they thought they deserved it... SMART CENTER OF CREVE COEUR employees EARNED IT through honesty, quality product and respectful customer consideration and patience! A most pleasurable experience. Thanks to Quentin Johnson my first contact with this group through the entire process, so personable and fun & Joe Anton in the Finance Dept. for his advice & attention to every detail. It's said that buying a car can be stressful with a lot of hassle and haggling, but NOT SO in our experience. We highly recommend this dealership and the 3+ hour drive to get there was worth the trip! A follow up call from Quentin the following day lets us know that the "service after the sale" will be as excellent as the purchase.
