We just bought my daughter a pre-owned Subaru from Keene and they were a delight to work with - honest, caring, open, and great attention to detail. Their mechanic found a problem with the rear shocks and p and they were a delight to work with - honest, caring, open, and great attention to detail. Their mechanic found a problem with the rear shocks and proactively offered to replace both for free (huge difference); they thoughtfully arranged to deliver the car to us in Rhode Island with all the necessary well-organized documentation so my daughter could leave for college on time; they got all the paperwork done and delivered the newly-detailed car in terrific condition exactly as promised. Craig and Adam and Katie and Sam were all friendly, transparent, professional and responsive to all our questions. What a striking difference from all the other shady used car dealers we visited during our search! No sleazy added charges or high pressure tactics — just excellent cars at good values and honest dealing. I’d go back again in a heartbeat. More
