I had my 2013 Accord EX V6 in for an oil leak. I had two oil leaks fixed in December 2025. They checked the places that leaked before and the repairs were sound. Great news. Waylon was my Service Advisor. He gave me the straight up on the leak and was in constant contact with me about the repair. Giving me reports and guidance. Waylon is the best associate in the service department. Waylon is the next Service Manager for this dealership! Garland Blair is also exceptional. I've dealt with Garland and the Parts Department for 20+ years. Thank you Waylon, Garland and West Broad Honda. Almost forgot to give exceptional marks to Julian for the lift on the shuttle.
