Would prefer to give zero stars. Horrible service/experience. I financed a vehicle for the first time here. I was so excited to get a nice, newer, reliable vehicle. Boy was I wrong. The 2014 Silver Ford Focus started giving me issues within 2 wks of purchase. I took car in for service 4 times and kept having starting issues. First time I was told they couldn't find the problem so they couldn't fix it and to pick it up. I did so. Took it back a 2nd time and they replaced the battery, which means they must've found an issue. I still continued to have issues. I missed several appts and was late to work because the vehicle would not start intermittently. I got stuck with the car and had to call AAA, who tested and told me it was an electrical issue and the new battery was low so something was draining it. The last time I took it in they again said they couldn't duplicate the problem and therefore could not fix it and wanted me to pick up the car, even though I had videos to show them the issues and offered to e-mail them to the service dept. I refused to pick it up until it was fixed. Even went through the owner who kept telling sales and service to give me a loaner, but I was told that I was not eligible, even though I had $3,000 GAP insurance that is supposed to cover it also. I was trying to work with one of the head salesmen, Rob, and he was rude and impossible. He insisted the car did not have issues and it was my issue, as well as calling me a liar. They ended up buying out my loan, but I had to deal with a lot of crap to get that done. Now, I'm out 2 car payments and have no vehicle and nothing to show for it and am starting again from scratch. As my first experience financing a vehicle it is quite discouraging and extremely frustrating and I've never been so happy to start back at ZERO!.
