I just took delivery of a new Jeep from Leo. He was great through the whole transaction. He's very experienced and low-key (no pressure). We were able to put together a custom build order, agree on the price and submit it within a few minutes. He helped to track the order thru manufacturing and made sure everything went perfect at delivery. Leo is "the man"!

Sales people are wonderful! The service department is AWFUL! I’ve never been treated worse. The woman working the desk is rude, and will argue tooth and nail about anything! The way this department operates is sexist. Had to have my husband call to say the exact same thing, and ultimately deal with them

Matt and Stephan are some of the most professional and compassionate sales folks I've ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I was very unsure about purchasing a Jeep, and to add onto that I was not ready to get serious about shopping for a vehicle during the pandemic. Luckily, I came across this team and they made it very easy for me to experience the vehicle, answered any questions I had (I had a lot- on their busiest day of the month), and really pulled through with an amazing deal for me- and dealt with the safety of the transaction (virus is still present now) flawlessly... They really care about their customers' happiness, and I've never felt that from a dealership before. Definitely recommend.

None of this with Bouchard, thanks to the very good Sales Manager, Alicia, who was both professional, friendly knowledgeable and direct. The most horrible experience I have experienced in years!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING THIS DEALERSHIP!Tried to purchase a Rubicon cash and these fools could not even call back to make the deal.Lowest trade value, another dealership was 5k higher!Never bothered to return calls in a timely manner!And to top every thing off, brand new Rubicon that I test drove had check engine light on!Folks do yourself the biggest favor and call another dealership..Oh by the way, I did purchase a vehicle from a wonderful dealership,received a great trade value, beautiful car(with no check engine lighten..lol) wonderfully professional AND actually wanted my business!I have to thank these buffoons, they lead me right to their competition who gladly sold me a vehicle.AND by the way, nice to see ALL three of your 62k+Rubicons are still available and un sold..good luck. I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. This is my 4th new truck in 28 months (don’t ask), and by far the best dealer experience ever. I will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone I know.
