This review is 3 years late, but I wanted to share the excellent integrity and service of Lovering Nashua. I had a great purchase experience when I bought my first Volvo, a XC90 from Lovering. I remember also having a great delivery experience when the car was ready to take home. The XC90 has been great, but as I live 1 hour from Nashua, I service at a Volvo dealer 15 min from where I live.
Last week my tire developed a slow leak, and my car needed new tires. My local Volvo dealer realized I did not have the wheel lock key to remove the tire.
Although I have never serviced that car at Lovering or talked with them in over 3 years, and my Salesperson had left, I gave Dan Carlen (Sales Manager) a call and he took care of it no questions asked.
When I brought the car by, the Lovering Service Dept was already briefed by Sales (Dave Giardi) on the situation, and even offered a loaner as they matched the wheel lock key. Sales took care of the costs without me even asking. I was in and out in under an hour, and key in hand! Let's remember this a full 3 years after taking delivery of this car! Chris holt in service was excellent!
For an industry where all sales are final even on new cars, Lovering stands out. Especially since I do not need even service with them, and I had the XC90 for 3 years already. My other Volvo is coming off lease, and I will definitely be doing business with them again!
(While waiting I also spoke to Rich in sales, and he was very knowledgeable about the product and even followed up with me through email to establish a relationship for lease-end discussions)

I scheduled my first service with my new (to me) Volvo last week. I booked valet online, and got text and email confirmations. The day of pick up John called me and went over all my concerns in detail, and took a list of accessories I was interested in. The vehicle has been in my possession less than a month, so I had a recall done and expressed a few things I found to be quirky. John was very patient and attentive on our calls, and never made any promises he couldn’t keep or excuses for a system error they had which caused my vehicle pick up to be a little late. they even left me the specific loner vehicle I had requested that my wife was interested in purchasing. The service was thorough and they identified a couple issues as I expected and did everything under warranty with no issues at all. They even washed the car for me before returning it. The valet guys were courteous as well, I saw them putting plastic on my seats and cleaning contact areas in both my car and the loaner. So far my first experience with Volvo cars Worcester has been 10/10.
