So, o was looking for a car, but didn't need one.. I made an unrealistic wish list for price, milages, mpg, looks, comfort.. my experiends with lungren honda was amazing.. my first day of talks did not end in a purchase, at the end of the day I just passed and wasn't interested.. I was far far from my wish list.. that was a Saturday... Sunday I'm ready to move on and I get a manager above my sales person emailing me, and minutes later her boss was emailing.. afte some emails I got within $10 of my wish list.. I didn't think they could get it.. but the end result was Micheal Harvey, Christine Comeau, and Mathew Barth of Lundgren Honda of Auburn Mass. Bent over backwards to meet the wish list I set out with.. I'm paying $10 more on my payment than I had on my wish list but that acceptable.. 100% rating as a dealer.. I have purchased two cars from North End Subaru, a 2018 Crosstrek Premium and a 2019 Forester Sport. When I found out that my best friend was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek a couple years ago, I sent him to Marty at North End and he purchased his car from him. My cousin also listened to me and she raved about her experience buying a 2019 Impreza. During the past two years, I've purchased two vehicles from this dealer, a Miata and a CX-5. My previous cars were, in order, a Lexus LS, a BMW 5 series, another BMW 5 series, an Infiniti FX40, a Mercedes C series, and I currently have an Audi A4, as does my wife. While this dealership isn't nearly as posh as those, and the environment is much less sophisticated, the sales process and service department are far superior.
The salesperson I worked with, Mark Atkinson, is fantastic to work with. He makes the test drive process very easy and relaxed, allowing my wife and I to take a leisurely test drive by ourselves, which lets you focus on the car. He's very low pressure, but extraordinarily helpful. He's also great if you have any issues after the sale and will respond very quickly to texts and emails, even on his off days.
I'm also a big fan of Mazda's products. Although it's a comparatively inexpensive car, my Miata is the most enjoyable car I've ever driven. It's amazing how Mazda continues to put so much R&D dollars into a low selling car, but I'm really glad they do; I now understand what the car magazines have raved about it for years. The CX-5, which I bought for my daughter, is so much better than competing products from Honda and Toyota. While it's not as roomy, it beats them in every other way, especially driving dynamics. It's actually fun to drive. Other than being a bit underpowered, it blows away the BMW X1, which I also looked at. It has a much nicer interior (Signature version quality comparable to an Audi), better ride, better steering feel, and better dynamics. We also test drove the new Signature with the more powerful engine, which I'd take over and of the luxury versions in the small UTE category.
I strongly recommend this dealership and Mark to anyone interested in a Mazda.

I came to Fafama because they had a large array of vehicles online. I was not disappointed when I arrived and saw how beautifully detailed the cars were. Fafama gave me a fair trade and Max found me my dream car within minutes of me walking in. I purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain and even the station that did my inspection couldn't help but to compliment what a beauty it is! The only negative experience would be that I got a little bit of a run around from their service department when I called to say a bulb needed to be replaced in my rear the day after my purchase was made. The woman I spoke with wanted me to get my car inspected, fail and then come in so they could fix it. After I spoke with Bruno he immediately resolved the misunderstanding and told me to bring it in for a bulb replacement asap.

He responded promptly to our query, was accommodating with appointment times, explained the process, was very informative on the test drive. He explained the purchase process, told us what was available and when, went into detail about many of the features both before the purchase and after. He went over the electronics and made sure that my daughter, who will be the primary driver of the car understood how the safety features worked and how to manage a variety of situations. He made sure the tires had appropriate air in them before we took the car and explained what would happen with the plummeting temperatures to come. He made the whole process pleasant. I have been at many car dealerships in the past and never have I had a salesperson take such care through the whole process.

I stopped in one evening because the lease on Mercedes Benz was due in a week. All the sales people were busy so Daniel Haigh, one of the Business Managers, jumped in and helped me out. He listened to my situation, asked some key questions. He turned me over to Peter Nett for a test drive, I came back in and we put a deal together that I couldn't refuse. Peter Nett has gone above and beyond in customer service as I had some unusual circumstances with turning in a Mercedes Benz leased vehicle as well as having specialty plates. He came with me for the turn-in which was extremely helpful. Getting back my original plates was a bit of a challenge, but Peter was willing to go the extra 50 or however many miles it took us to go back and forth to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Milford to see the process through. Peter was patient, knowledgeable, professional and on top of his game! Every dealership should want a Peter Nett to work for them. On the day I picked up the vehicle he spent about an hour going over the details as many of them were new to me. The nice thing about this dealership is that they have another person who will do a whole second walk-through of the vehicle if need be. This world of Tech can be a bit daunting and varies from one car manufacturer to the next. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the blind side warning lights! There are several other features that are also very streamlined from what I had before. I can't say enough good things about Audi of Natick and would highly recommend them, and especially Peter Nett, to anyone in search of an Audi. I love Daniel Haigh too! Another no-nonsense true professional! Audi of Natick should be proud to have them both working for them. I've had my new car for a week and I'm really enjoying and love it! Lots of neat features! My husband and I went to Wellesley Mazda at the end of 2018 looking to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle. Michaela Mulry greeted us immediately and we sat down with her an explained what we were looking for, although, we were not even 100% sure at the time. We could have not have had a better experience working with Michaela for a day and a half. She was knowledgeable and happy to have us test drive multiple vehicles as we got a feel for each of them. She was in no way pushy and answered all of our questions honestly and quickly. At no point did we feel pressured by Michaela to make a decision on the spot. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda and want to have a pleasant experience test driving and understanding the steps to purchase a vehicle, definitely see Michaela!! She was fantastic and definitely deserves a 5 star review!!
While our experiences with Michaela are 5+ stars, I did not feel the same way about the rest of the Wellesley Mazda dealership. I probably heard 5+ times while I was there someone explain how they do “not work on commission”. I found this to be incredibly irritating to hear multiple times when, there is obviously some bonus structure associated with these purchases. Also, how you get paid should not affect my car purchase, regardless. Additionally, when we were settling down to sign papers for the car purchase, we were asked to sign forms prior to getting any information on the available loads or interest rates. This may have just been a mix up, but it was unclear and did make us feel a bit uneasy. We also had two issues with the service department, one, not giving us accurate time availability for roof rack installation and again, received roof racks that were bent, causing us to need to return to the dealership 3 times instead of once. Nothing major here, and could also just be the result of a first time new car purchase deal on my end, not knowing things to look out for. This will not prevent me from using Mazda Welesley again – but did want to address for others to be aware of should they end up in similar situations.
