The lady who took my payment was very cold. Other then that everything was excellent. My car looked great when handed back to me.
Thank you very much

Easy to deal with. Receive a fair quote online, which Jayson Navarra implemented without any attempt to change the deal or to sell add-ons. Very good experience.

Amine is an exceptional Dealer, I just bought a car and I was not cheated either, and usually car dealers look to cheat, but not Amine, not Boch Honda as a whole.

After my due diligence with visiting car dealerships, I arrived at the front door of Bernardi Honda at the precise time as Levon. I immediately knew that my potentially terrifying experience was to be a good one which it proved to be. Levon was upfront, honest and very patient (as I told him the two black CRV's I drove didn't drive the same so he found a third for me to test drive). I found Levon to be very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. Everyone at the dealership from the dealership manager to the finance manager to service were outstanding. When I buy my next car, Bernardi Honda is where I will go.

Great experience from the start!! I got in touch with The Honda Store in Lancaster seeking a new 2021 Ridgeline that they had listed in their inventory. I spoke with Tim Wilson (all-star sales guy!) and before he confirmed they had the vehicle, he said he wanted to physically go out and check....which I really appreciated since I actually had a poor experience from another dealership that couldn't confirm the location of a vehicle I was purchasing! Tim was top-notch from start to finish. He's not only extremely likable, but he is so detailed oriented that you could tell he could do his job in his sleep! The whole purchasing process was stress-free and easy-going. As far as I'm concerned, Tim Wilson is a rarity when it comes to "car salesmen". He was honest and transparent, and genuinely happy to be assisting you. He makes you feel like you're just talking to a friendly neighbor. It didn't stop there though...the entire dealership was like him! Tom - sales manager, Eddie - Finances, Jaimie - Service were also all extremely personable and knowledgeable, and you could tell they were happy being there. The dealership has a lot to offer as a large brand would, but they operate like a small family-run friendly business. You get the sense that they take pride in their work and appreciate every customer that walks through the door. It's the type of dealership that you would go back to 5-10 years later and the same people would still be there to help assist you with a smile. 5 stars all around!

This is our second lease with Honda Village and both times we left, we said to ourselves 'this is too easy!". Manny Zabatta was our sales rep this time and he was fabulous. He is patient, kind and once he figured out our priority was staying within our budget, he made it happen.
Classic bait and switch. Horrible customer service. - uconn3434
This dealership lives up to every bad car dealer stereotype you can imagine. I had been back and forth e-mailing Katrina for 3 days about what 2019 Passports were available, and time was a factor because I wanted to take advantage of the Honda loyalty $1000 incentive that expired today, January 6th. We agreed to a price for a Touring model and I told her I would be in Monday to complete the transaction. She never asked for a deposit or anything and said it would all be ready to go. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership this morning, sat down with a salesperson and Katrina came over to greet me. The salesperson told me that they had sold the exact car that I was there to buy the day before (Sunday) and that they didn't have any others available. The manager Joe came over and offered no apology, just said, "it's gone there's nothing we can do." His version of customer service was to offer me a lesser model EX-L for over $2000 more than what we had agreed upon the day before. Or I could get an Elite for over $4000 more. Nothing was done or offered to make it right. Meanwhile the exact car that allegedly sold on Sunday is still available for sale on their website. Absolutely despicable tactics. All I got was a half-hearted, "Sorry we didn't have your car. Have a great day," e-mail from Katrina an hour after we left. I ended up getting a fully loaded Elite in the color I wanted from Lundgren Honda in Auburn for only $500 more than they wanted me to pay for the much lower end EX-L. I am not a huge fan of Lundgren Honda from a previous experience there, but they made up for it this time. Unforgivable business practices here at Majestic. Buyer beware!
