I've got to say that shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do. However, between Matt, Danny and especially Dave over at Putnam Ford they made it easy and actually somewhat fun. No stress, no long waits, no run around. Even being a little credit challenged I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a fair price without the needless back and forth. Whenever my next vehicle purchase is Putnam Ford it will be the first place that I go!
Edit! Okay, so maybe it won't be the first place I go. The service department??? I have had a few issues with the vehicle since purchase. Now I have had to drive back and forth to the dealership 4 times. Seatbelt stuck, outlets not working two visits and this last time was due to failing MA inspection for the hazard lights not working. Back and forth, back and forth. I asked service department about a vibration when on the highway, they say the tires need to be balanced but I will need to pay for it. I know it's a used car but I got it 2 weeks ago. You can't cover a tire balancing?
Another edit! Basically I have had this vehicle 3 weeks. Started it up two days ago and its beeping at me telling me I need an oil change. Driven less than 800 miles and I need an oil change? Hop in yesterday take a right hand turn and now it sounds like I have the wheel of fortune under the hood. Definitely not having a good experience. Long story short, sales good. Service not so much.
