Just got my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek from here. My sales consultant was Gene D'Alessandro, and it was by far the best car-buying experience I ever had! It's a small place, super-nice group of people. McGovern Suburu suck
Crapped on a customer who has already bought two cars from them, they refused a third ELEVEN DAYS after letting her off the lot AND after she made another payment on the leased one she was trading in on this deal.
Leave their sales practices and customer service on this one aside for a minute. When they brought her leased car back around front today to give back to her since 'the deal was off', her name was smeared all over the windshield (they didn't bother to clean it up) AND her battery was dead.
Screw you McGovern. You not only lost a good customer but a bunch of potential others as well.
