Chris Holder and Dennis Millman Were Extremely helpful... - ShannonStahl
Chris Holder and Dennis Millman Were Extremely helpful and willing to help in anyway. Chris went above in beyond from helping me choose the perfect Chevy Blazer, to helping is save a bunch of money on the vehicle by informing us of a discount program we were unaware of and he assisted me and constantly updated me in the process of registering and insuring my vehicle. He helped me turn in my old plates and even gave me a ride to the registry because I didn’t have a car at the time. Once my Blazer was on the road, Chris went over the vehicle in detail with me and made sure I knew everything my Blazer was capable of prior to leaving the dealership. I recommend commonwealth Chevrolet and Chris Holder and Dennis Millman to anyone! I love my blazer and It was a pleasure doing business with them at Commonwealth Motors!

I had been coming here to service my Silverado, mostly dealing with Jonathan and Anthony who have always been super helpful, very down to earth and very easy to work with. Today I traded in my Silverado for an Express Van. First I spoke with Eric the sales manager, who then directed me to Patrick, and these guys couldn’t have made life easier. I never felt pressured in the least and the sale itself went super smoothly. It’s the first time in my life I’ve ever been able to drive a car off the lot and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I bought the van here. 5 stars: Would highly recommended. Ask for Patrick. He’s the best.

Its all about Customer Service. - bjcronin1
I had a very interesting day car shopping (12/31/19). I started out a Mirak Chevy in Arlington. Walked into the showroom and started looking around, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Sat in a couple of Blazers(very nice, by the way) then went outside and looked around the upper and lower lots looking at the Equinox. Including my time in the showroom, I was there 25-30 minutes, still no one asked if they could help me. The thing is, there were no other customers in the showroom. Plenty of people working, NO customers. I went back to the showroom and finally was greeted by someone in reception, and I promptly asked "How do I get to Lannan Chevy" and walked out. They didn't blink an eye.
On to Lannan. I was greeted by someone in reception who said "Hi" but that was it. No effort was made to ask if I needed help. I sat in a couple of different Equinox, adjusted the seat, steering wheel, side view mirrors and checked the storage area in the rear(I'm told these are all signals of a serious client) and spent time reading all the information on the sticker. There was ONE other customer in the showroom. I walked back and forth across the showroom, making eye contact with several people sitting at desks and in offices and again, NO one asked if they could help me. After 15-20mins of this I walked out.
On to Liberty. As you can imagine, I'm already on edge. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Phil Russo. He even apologized to make sure he wasn't taking a customer away from another salesman. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and we headed for the lot. We located a beautiful gun-metal gray AWD Equinox with a remote start(the only option I was looking for) and we took it for a test drive. Great car! Handles like my 20yr old Camry.
Back at the showroom, Phil showed me the benefits of lease vs purchase and fully explained what the lease price is based on.
After a little back and forth, I came away with what I thought was a fair deal on the lease. This is what I would call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and All in all a very good experience.I hope Phil is still working there in 3yrs when I trade up.
Happy Customer - GaryT
The experience was one that all dealerships should strive to attain. You are treated with respect and kindness. We all know that the business is to make a profit by selling automobiles and trucks. It is the way that the sales and service personnel treat the customers that builds confidence in the dealership and make them repeat customers. The staff at Bill DeLuca Chevrolet makes that happen.

Greedy, Overpriced Service - Horak
I drive a 2011 Chevy Malibu and recently broke my key. I went into Lannan to get it fixed/replaced. I told them I was in the Army and am leaving for a deployment next month and couldn't afford too much service. I asked them to help me with the prices. They told me I would need to tow my car to them (it was my only key) and that it would take a few days. They also told me it would cost about $200 between parts and service. Keep in mind this isn't a keyless entry key. Just a basic old fashioned key. So I left. Long story short, I got a new key made for $28 and it was done in 10minutes! I am beyond pissed at the greedy service advisor (who is paid soley on commission) for trying to rip my off.
Go Anywhere but Pride Chevrolet ! - Dave J
My 4th car from Pride, the other three were from Pride Hyundai. Went to Pride Chevrolet to buy a used truck. Always had great service at Pride Hyundai but forget Pride Chevrolet, I gave them 10 grand "cash" to start putting on the side steps and a hard roll up bed cover. After a week they said I had to pay for the whole truck for them to start putting on the options I ordered, why it took a week to tell me, I have no idea and the 10 grand should have gotten the ball rolling on the truck. They they ordered the parts and they come in wrong size or without all the fasteners. It been 3 weeks buying this truck from them and I gave then $26,0000 in cash the rest on a check, which they didn't want to take a check because it was over $3,000. After I told them I wanted my 26 grand back all in cash, they took my check. They have been ducking me around for 3 weeks, it was less of a hassle when I bought my house. Go to to Pride Hyundai and deal with them but stay clear of Pride Chevrolet, I don't think any of these young guys there know what the xxxx they are doing. As of this posting I still do not have my truck. Unbelievable, such incompetence, it boggles the mind !!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR REPAIRS!! - Review23
Customer service is terrible here!!! They seemed overwhelmed with vehicles. They NEVER call to update you on the status of your car. I had to call them and then when you call them they tell you they'll have someone call back with the details of the work needed. No one ever does. Finally, when I did speak to someone after calling of course, they tell me what parts would be replaced and the cost, only to find something different on the bill when I picked up my car. They will up charge for services that weren't discussed. If there is an error in charges on your receipt, that you bring to their attention, they will only give you a credit towards future repairs. Not a refund. Customers satifaction does not come first here, which is unfortunate. For this reason I will no longer be giving them my business. This dealership use to have such great customer service but it has gone down hill in this area since they've grown. Communication and great customer service is key to a successful business and they no longer have that at MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua Nh.
No glass top with car - Firemist
I bought a 2012 corvette centennial edition in 2015 car came with one top,I purchased the build sheet car should have had a solid and glass top.I called the dealership and they said the car did indeed come with two roofs but they did not know where it was.I paid $50,000.00 for the car so what did I get for an answer (THE CAR IS SOLD AS IS).I guess with this dealership you have to pay $100,000.00 to get a complete car TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
