My sales representative, Jim, was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. • The purchase went smoothly and quick. It started with a 30-minute chat about the car and Negotiation, then a short test drive, followed by 40 minutes dealing with my ins. company (waiting for them to fax rmv1 form). The whole purchase was done within 2 hours. The next day I had to call Jim for my running board he told me to bring it back. I got there handed my keys to Tony had it back in 5 minutes. I found my lifetime dealership and will be sending all my friends and family there.

Stopped in because a particular truck had caught my eye. I had been looking for a good condition used truck to use for my business.
I stopped in to this dealer as they had several trucks on the lot and I had looked up a few on the internet that were at this dealership.
I first met with Lance who is the Dealership Manager and he offered to assist me in looking at the truck I was interested in. after a meet and greet He got me the keys to the truck and started it up and off I went on my test drive. He mentioned that when I got back I would most likely be dealing with a salesman named Brian. I spent a good 20 minutes testing the vehicle. It was fine. A little more than I wanted to spend but essentially a very good truck. I did meet with salesman Brian when I got back and we went in to see what else was in inventory. We checked out a few and eventually test drove 2 more vehicles. Both of which were good trucks and what I was looking for.
After some discussion we made our deal and I was happy with vehicle and price. Lance and Brian wrapped up the credit app and all the other paperwork. They did everything. All that was left was getting the truck detailed and inspected which they did.
I picked the truck up after a few days and all was ready - detailed, inspected, plates were on and the insurance and registration all taken care of. I was extremely happy. This was a non pressure transaction and there was no forcefulness on the parts of Lance and Brian. They answered my questions and gave me additional info to help me complete the deal.
I now am driving the truck and all is well. I would recommend these 2 people and they dealership. Lots of vehicles to choose from and they have 4 other lots they can look for that special vehicle.

I went to Auto-Credit looking to finance a Honda sedan, preferably with so extra options. They had a few when I visited the office. I test drove 2, (and did have some more), one was 2014 Honda Civic LX, which drove great, it was very clean, had Low miles and was definitely ready for purchase. The other one which i ended up buying was a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with 88k on it! This one had the extra options that i was looking for, like the sunroof, leather, and rims that I absolutely LOVE!! Once i decided which vehicle i wanted the rest of the process was very easy. AutoCredit helped with everything from the financing, to the registration. All i had to do was bring in my downpayment, and a couple documents to help confirm my info, and i was able to drive away later on that same day. So i would say, overall the whole experience was very good.
***PS: i have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and it is Great, no issues at all, very please with my purchase. Thanks my friends at auto credit superstore!!

I told him my circumstances and timeline and was very respectful of them. the purchase process was easy, and friendly. Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear!

Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price.
Quality of inventory - very high.
Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it. They did all the paperwork quickly and easily on the day that was convenient for me.
Would I deal with them again - In a heartbeat, and I will send my family and friends to them as well.

We purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible from Marshall's Auto Sales for my mother this past Spring. She wasn't necessarily in the market for a car but we knew she would LOVE to have a convertible similar to one she previously owned years ago! A blue Mercedes caught my eye so I stopped by to inquire with Anthony about the car! The Mercedes was BEAUTIFUL and in amazing condition - he could have easily sold me on it! Instead, he asked about my mother (would she be driving the car year round? how complicated of an interior would be be comfortable with? etc., etc.) With all that info, Anthony suggested we check out the Chrysler 200 he had in stock - as soon as I sat inside, I knew it was the car for her...it was even red, just like her old one! The controls were simple but it included all the bells and whistles she would love! She would also be able to comfortably drive it year round - something that would be so important with her very busy schedule! We brought the car to show my mother and she fell in love - as we knew she would! The level of care that went into helping us choose a car was amazing. In fact, the other Sales Rep, Mark, owns a 200 Convertible and also provided us with a ton of information on the car - it was truly a team effort. Once the decision to make the purchase was made, the process was flawless - quick, easy, no hassle! When we brought her to pick up the car, Anthony and Marc showed her how everything worked...and believe me, she had questions!!! The people there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have dropped in to have my vehicles looked at and they have usually been able to work on any repairs the same day. For scheduled appointments they can offer a loaner vehicle. At each visit they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let you know of any issues that might pose a problem, "down the road", along with a detailed repair estimate. They have always been done on time and within the estimated cost for repairs. I am very happy with the service they provide and will remain a loyal, repeat customer.

Last week I had a problem with my husband's Mercedes and was panicked. I drove over to Village European without an appointment on the chance they might be able to assist me, or direct me to someone that could. They could not of been nicer!! Jacob asked me to come back in a half hour in order to empty out a space to assist me. Upon my return he worked in my husband's car and was able to fix the problem . Brian instantly seemed straightforward and down to earth and I felt more comfortable. I’d been to a few other places before I came here and the dealer would say the car was perfect, then the inspection would determine how that was total bs, so I was ready for that to happen again. But Brian didn’t push us. He explained that they take on cars they’re familiar with. I was looking for a Mercedes c300, he told me they don’t take just any year Mercedes. They buy the ones they know don’t have common issues, certain years have more issues. I appreciate that because we read about it, so I believed him.
I drove the car. I loved it! We had it inspected at a shop down the street. The place that did the inspection dented the door by moving cars around too close together. But took responsibility and agreed to pay Wakefield Auto back for the damage and what it would cost to fix. Brian was honest with me and told me what happened, he promised to have the door fixed in a day. He did, and you’d never know by looking at it that it was dented before. Anyway, the car passed inspection thank goodness!!!
The financial process was smooth. The man that helped us with that explained everything, all the warranties, everything.
