I had to have my car towed to Infiniti Norwood as my car wouldn't start. They replaced the starter for me. They also noticed that the drivers door sub woofer need replacing and they ordered me a new one. I was very satisfied with the service.

Took car in for oil change and to have drivers side window checked as it has had recent issues in going back up after opening. Agreed to a tire rotation as well. Also needed new inspection sticker.. Got told my 2019 QX60 with less than 22k miles on it needed new rear brakes, was going to need front brakes very soon, new tires soon and an alignment. When I said No and if it really needed those things I'm not impressed with the quality of a 70k vehicle. Got the well its a safety thing and I need to point it out.... still said no finish my car. The window got told they "cleaned" the gasket and saved ME an expensive repair bill. Really, it's under warranty still.
Next came the service manager to mansplain to me that it was not a quality issue of the vehicle but it is New England and hitting potholes causes the alignment issue which wears the tires and that braking varies. Nice of you to assume, car drives perfectly straight no pulling or other signs..
Said I will let my husband know, oh I can call him and explain it, umm no he'll call you if he wants to. Point blank told him, this will be the last Infiniti I will own. Get handed paperwork to explain how they're the experts.... yeah right.
Then get told car is heading back from inspection any minute so go ahead and pay cashier. Do that and they immediately come up to cashier to not close out the transaction yet, bet that's to flag me as a Karen... That any minute for car to return was more like 15 and timestamp from the service station was that the inspection was just starting when I was told it was on its way back. They just wanted me out of the waiting room as you can bet I called my husband and told him how unhappy I was and that I was thinking of going to buy a different vehicle right then and there at the Cadillac dealership and that this was the last Infiniti and that the service here has gone downhill and the pressure to upsell service was disgusting. Two plus hours for oil change and rotation didn't make me any happier. Still clear of this service department.
