I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on something I don't need. Very quick! . Even if it wasn't I could stay in that lounge all day. I bring my work laptop in and they make me feel like I'm in my own living room but with better snacks. Everyone walking by makes a point to say hi. I even starting bringing my wife's car in that was purchased at another dealerdhip with no hassle.

I purchased my TWELFTH car from Muzi Chevrolet today - no, not my first or 3rd of 5th - my TWELFTH! Sure makes the negative reviews look like TOTAL FAKE NEWS.
My family has been doing business with Muzi since 1984. The Muzi and Camarano families that have owned this business have become my second family. Incredible people. Real kind, accommodating and enjoyable to work with.
I cannot deal with other car dealers in Massachusetts. ONLY MUZI. They go far above and beyond my wildest expectations. This time they found a car for me (2021 Malibu Premier) that was 173 miles away from the dealership! My salesman DROVE THERE (with a friend of course) - and then DROVE THE CAR HIMSELF back to Muzi. How amazing is THAT?!!!
These people need some kind of MAJOR REWARD from G.M. They are outstanding. Neil Camarano (owner), son Nick (business office), Anthony Masone (sales), Scott Frederick (sales manager) are the best at their craft.

By the way, it does help to come into the dealership being prepared, informed and clear in your understanding of what you are doing when you buy a car. If all you do is haggle because you like to get into the stereoptype price war battle with this team, FORGET IT. THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. Remember that when you go to Muzi. They take the haggling OUT OF THE EQUATION.

He was very honest, transparent about the process and the vehicle itself, and very easy going. Long story short, my 19-year old daughter and I visited best earlier this month to purchase her first-ever car. After a very rough and disheartening start, the GM Erick and Service Manager Joe C. stepped in to completely change our perception. Erick and Joe are committed to earning your trust as a customer for life. Some people say it, but those two actually make difficult decisions that prove it. I now believe that the rough start was an aberration and not at all a true reflection of Best Chevy. In short, I am living proof that you should give Best Chevy a chance to earn your trust and your business. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Again, I can't say enough about Erick and Joe C. They saw that we were unhappy and could have easily allowed us to walk away, but they didn't. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have them understand that customer service is actually important.

2nd Lease, will not be a 3rd. Misrepresented themselves when I turned in early. Salesman assured NO EARLY TERM FEE. I asked several times. Charged with early term fee - 6 months later! Credit DROPPED. Would have waited the 5 months as I couldn't afford early term. REPEATEDLY conveyed this to Salesman, who sent me someone else's vehicle title via email 2x - with all their personal info. Will not fix their salesman's error, who no longer works there. Co-Signer - 10 Years, 6 vehicles at Mirak will NOT BE returning either. No response from email sent to the owner from Co-Signer. No problem with service area. NEVER again with MIRAK. Shame on you Mirak! I fully trusted that you actually cared about customer loyalty - how foolish of me - the almighty $$$$ is always the bottom line.

I saw the Camaro I wanted to buy, so I telephoned the dealership and spoke to a woman on the phone about this particular vehicle. It was the only blue one available, and the woman told me that she needed a deposit to hold the vehicle. I traveled over 40 miles to get there, and I have to say, the salesperson I dealt with was young, but I was in control of the deal, or I was walking. I got my deal and bought this beautiful vehicle. This dealership received one star because the fool that did my finance hit my credit six times with different banks after I told him my credit union had already preapproved me. He said he could do better than two percent in which was not true. A week went by, and I received a credit alert that alerted me that my credit card had been used at a Walmart in Raynham, Ma, a couple of days after I had given the same credit card number to the woman over the phone. They charged four hundred dollars on it. So be very wary of giving your credit card information over the phone to this dealership. I also made a complaint with the local police department.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
