The highly experienced sales professionals at Cornerstone Mitsubishi provided a most pleasant customer experience. Brian was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a new car, answered all of my questions, and also demonstrated how several features on the new car worked. Bill patiently walked me through details about the pricing and related sales paperwork, and made the complicated process seem very easy. Many kudos to the Cornerstone sales team!

My husband and I have leased our last three cars from Westborogh Mistubushi. I feel it worth noting that we live 45minutes away from this dealership and do have several Mistubushi dealerships closer to our home, however the ride is worth the incredible customer service and dedication they have displayed each and every time we have visited. Upon our arrival we were greeted and then left to look around in peace until we were ready to test drive. We were assisted my Artie in sales. He’s very knowledgeable and knows the vehicles he sells. We decided to lease the car we test drove, and were brought into to see John Freitas. He is the finance manager who we have worked with for our last 3 leases. John is very consumer sensitive in regards to his understanding of the consumers financial limitations and desires to keep monthly payments low, and if possible not have an astronomical out of pocket deposit. I’ll be honest I don’t know how he does it time and time again!! He has consistently shown my husband and I respect, curtesy and appreciation for our business. We have never felt pressured by any of the sales team members, we have never been accosted upon arriving to their establishment. We have been given time and space to make a decision on which car we want without having any outside influence. We were given several different options for financing, with several different scenarios. We feel respected and cared for and that is truly unheard of for car dealerships. Westborogh Mistubushi is the only dealership we have walked out of without feeling that we were pressured or questioning whether we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. This is in large part I feel due to John and his sales team. A company is only as good as their employees and in this case it is clear that there is a knowledgeable and friendly staff who care about their customers in place here.

Superior Purchasing Experience - Peter Cardosi
I recently purchased a used BMW 335is from Executive Mitsubishi. It was really a superior buying experience. Kathy and Bob made the purchase of the car a low pressure event. The car was offered at a fair price and they arranged very competitive financing.
Also, I'd like to mention Mike Vayl who went above and beyond to make sure that the car was inspected by an authorized BMW dealer prior to purchase. He also made sure that we received a second key fob and owner's manual after we took delivery of the car.
All in all, it was truly a very satisfying experience.

After going to another Mitsu dealership and then going to Grava. I'd have to say that Grava was much better. Too much B.S. from the other dealer.
At Grava I got the exact car I wanted at a great price. The dealer offered to beat the other dealership's price quite handily. If you are shopping for a new Mitsu vehicle and you don't go to Grava for a quote, you are doing yourself a disservice. They were willing to go the extra mile to earn my business.

They don't own up to there mistakes and there way of solving it is haveing the customer pay to have it fixed again because they couldn't get it right the first time. If you want a great dealer go to couresy Kia there so much better and they own up to there mistakes and don't make you pay for them. I can see y inskip Mitsubishi is going out of buisness. They have absolutely zero customer satisfaction they just like to screw you over. Thanks for nothing inskip
