My family has been doing business with Muzi since 1984. The Muzi and Camarano families that have owned this business have become my second family. Incredible people. Real kind, accommodating and enjoyable to work with.
I cannot deal with other car dealers in Massachusetts. ONLY MUZI. They go far above and beyond my wildest expectations. This time they found a car for me (2021 Malibu Premier) that was 173 miles away from the dealership! My salesman DROVE THERE (with a friend of course) - and then DROVE THE CAR HIMSELF back to Muzi. How amazing is THAT?!!!
These people need some kind of MAJOR REWARD from G.M. They are outstanding. Neil Camarano (owner), son Nick (business office), Anthony Masone (sales), Scott Frederick (sales manager) are the best at their craft.

CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS if you let them touch your tires. After spending the extra money for a certified pre-owned truck, I received free oil change & tire rotation. I brought my truck to Lannan to due the "free" service, I found myself the next day in the breakdown lane on rt 495 tightening my wheels by hand because all 4 wheels were rattling & falling off. I had to replace all 4 damaged custom rims because Lannan didn't tighten my lug nuts.
Giving them a chance to make things right, Steve Alesse, The General Manager told me he thinks "someone came to my house overnight and loosened the lug nuts" because his shop always tightens wheels. I explained to him that the truck is parked under surveillance cameras 24-7 and that is not possible. But with no attempt at customer satisfaction, concern of safety, and long story short, It cost me $$$ thousands of dollars for my "Free" oil change.

Be very careful doing business with the Liberty Chevrolet service dept.. This morning I brought my truck in for routine maintenance, oil change and 4X4 driveline service. I waited in the lounge area, the service rep. came out and told me I had 3 brake light outs. The 3rd brake light(mounted on the cab) and the right and left upper brake lights in my taillight assy. The price was $215 to change the bulbs, I decline the repair. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes each to replace these bulbs and the bulbs only cost $6 each. I left Liberty and went directly to Bulbs + on Rt. 1 and asked the sale person to watch my brake lights as I stepped on the pedal, the 3rd light did not work but the right and left upper brake lights work fine. If I had been someone who didn't know anything about cars they probably would have agreed to the repair and paid $125 to change bulbs that worked just fine. Be careful who you trust, even the dealership will try and screw you.
All I have been able to think about today is the poor women who was in the lounge before waiting for her car, they came out and told her she needed other work done. It would take this much additional time and cost this much. How much did they screw her out of.
I talked with Lenny the service manager, he ultimately asked me to bring the truck back so he could see for himself that they worked. I drove back to Liberty from my work in Beverly, I stepped on the brake he said the right upper wasn't working but the left was. I said no way, he stepped on the brake and it was working fine. I stepped on it again he said yes it is working. His finals words were, "My apologize for this".

I live near Hartford CT and spend a lot of time in Worcester. I accidentally found online that Durand was offering a closeout sale on 2019s. Memorial Day weekend, I called and spoke to Larry T about a Blazer I liked.... I was supposed to see him a few days later on the holiday, but was too excited and couldn't wait. I headed down to the dealership and found Larry, who offered me an amazing deal and was willing to stay late to help me. The CT DMV is closed, and services are very delayed. I had a lot of concern and questions, and Larry was patient with me and worked hard to help satisfy my fears and my needs. Today he called me to share that the registration is processed, and that I can come retrieve the car. I am so excited and can't wait! After a very rough and disheartening start, the GM Erick and Service Manager Joe C. stepped in to completely change our perception. Erick and Joe are committed to earning your trust as a customer for life. Some people say it, but those two actually make difficult decisions that prove it. I now believe that the rough start was an aberration and not at all a true reflection of Best Chevy. In short, I am living proof that you should give Best Chevy a chance to earn your trust and your business. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Again, I can't say enough about Erick and Joe C. They saw that we were unhappy and could have easily allowed us to walk away, but they didn't.
