Very Knowledgeable Salesmen - Bill D
Finally, a salesman that knows about the vehicles they are selling! Richard W. at Commonwealth Chevy was very knowledgeable about all of the differences between the options on the vehicles we looked at, and took the time to explain them to us. He knew what the different option packages included and could quickly show us what those features were, and how they worked. Very helpful!

Honest! - PattyP
After being at a different dealership, I landed at Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn and thank goodness for that! Kristin, Dave and Justin made my leasing experience almost seamless. I talked to Kristin on the phone and explained exactly what I was looking for and she and Dave made it happen within a couple of hours. Justin closed out the deal when I got there that evening to sign all my paperwork and off I went in my brand new vehicle. I felt comfortable with all three, they were sincere and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Lannan to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
Overall experience was good but I have to go back - Acadia 123
The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.
"Honed" - Disappointed
My vehicle was transported to Woodworth Chevrolet with a engine problem. The service department told me that the engine block was cracked and that my Corvette Z06 needed a new engine. With the warranty expired I was informed the repair cost would be fifteen thousand dollars.($15,000) Sick over the loss I sold the vehicle to the dealership. About one year later a service person slipped up and told me that the engine that was in my former car was sent out to be "honed". The engine block was not cracked, as it was sent out to be machined. The engine cylinders were scratched when the intake or exhaust valves fell inside the combustion chambers. I have come to understand that defective valve seals is a common problem with LS7 engines. GM/Chevrolet has done nothing to correct this problem. I trusted these people and they took advantage of me. Be very careful when doing business with these people I lost twenty thousand dollars over this unfortunate situation,
Typical Slime Condescending Car Salesman - silveradobuyer1
these guys sell cars like its the 1990's and everyone doesnt know exactly what things cost and how banks work. lied to me several times about what options cost. and you can just go online to a GM parts distributor and see what things cost. but they will look you in the eye and tell you a lie even after you call them out. its absolutely insanity. they are rude and have zero respect for customers. please use anyone else to buy a car/truck with. they do not care about you and will treat you like an idiot.
any positive review on here is fraudulent. they are all xxxx employees who think they are savvy sales people in an era where everyone has as much information as they have access to. go elsewhere to buy and if you work here, reevaluate your life choices
Scam artist and liers - Tommyboy1986
scam artist they wrote me a deal and said they would honor it go back in a few days later have me sit for over 2 hours just to say the price changed for over 75 dollars a month what a waste of time dealing with them
cut to a hour after they call me and tell me this is my fault because they said they would honor a deal on Friday yet the salesman told me dont come in until monday i was willing to sign on friday and they held off i find it kinda inappropriate that they call me to argue about my honest review and i noticed after the fact they took the orignal sheet i had of the deal they made out of my truck while they where looking at it for a trade in lucky for me i kept a copy at home
really bad dealership, tried to steal a rebate - lannan is a scam
a new rebate came out after i did the paperwork but before i picked up the truck. the dealership had me sign new paperwork when i got there, telling me that the original paperwork did not print correctly. after the fact realized the net cost was the same but that they added $1,500 to the sales price then the dealership kept the rebate themselves. after dealing with the general manager they gave it back to me but very shady, deceptive business practice.
