Excellent service all around!!!! - Ashmcl
I have never had such a wonderful experience when it comes to buying a car. My salesman joe was fantastic! I never felt pressure for anyone at the dealership. The finance office was awesome too! I will absolutely return to this dealership for my next car.

Moore duo - Dcarroll27
Mike Moore and his nephew Dan once again proved how lucky Deluca is to have them. Another DiPietro truck delivered by the dynamic duo. Mike was on vacation and Dan stepped up when I walked in to your dealership at 4pm on a Friday with check in hand for full payment. Within one hour Dan dealt with our insurance carrier, got truck ready and plates installed. Mike was on my cell throgout the process making sure it got delivered.
Greedy, Overpriced Service - Horak
I drive a 2011 Chevy Malibu and recently broke my key. I went into Lannan to get it fixed/replaced. I told them I was in the Army and am leaving for a deployment next month and couldn't afford too much service. I asked them to help me with the prices. They told me I would need to tow my car to them (it was my only key) and that it would take a few days. They also told me it would cost about $200 between parts and service. Keep in mind this isn't a keyless entry key. Just a basic old fashioned key. So I left. Long story short, I got a new key made for $28 and it was done in 10minutes! I am beyond pissed at the greedy service advisor (who is paid soley on commission) for trying to rip my off.

"Honed" - Disappointed
My vehicle was transported to Woodworth Chevrolet with a engine problem. The service department told me that the engine block was cracked and that my Corvette Z06 needed a new engine. With the warranty expired I was informed the repair cost would be fifteen thousand dollars.($15,000) Sick over the loss I sold the vehicle to the dealership. About one year later a service person slipped up and told me that the engine that was in my former car was sent out to be "honed". The engine block was not cracked, as it was sent out to be machined. The engine cylinders were scratched when the intake or exhaust valves fell inside the combustion chambers. I have come to understand that defective valve seals is a common problem with LS7 engines. GM/Chevrolet has done nothing to correct this problem. I trusted these people and they took advantage of me. Be very careful when doing business with these people I lost twenty thousand dollars over this unfortunate situation,
Major service repair issues - Kay0274
I took my Escalade in to be checked for two issues. They charge $118 each to evaluate an issue. One of issues was a check engine light that keeps cycling on and off with lean codes. I explained I had taken it to my local mechanic five times and it is always a lean code even though he can find no issue. So they charged me $118 to plug it into the computer, confirm it was a lean code and tell me they can't find anything wrong. So I ask what am I supposed to do if it goes off again. The service manager told me to rush it right back and they will charge me another $118 to look at it again. Seriously??? I would never go there again. The other check was for a non functioning heated seat. They wanted $900 to repair it. I passed.
