Car was used as a farm vehicle or something, both outside and inside were trashed. And the sales people said it was super nice to lurk me in. Wasted all day and came back empty handed. They lied to me car was fixed with OEM parts which was not the case. STAY AWAY!

Will never come back here! My husband dropped off our Ford Explorer because our windshield wiper would not turn off. My husband asked if they would also check out our sunroof because the shade would not shut. They told us it would be $3500 to fix the sun roof shade! Clearly we decided against this, but they still charged us $150 for "diagnostics." $150 for them to look up at the sunroof and see that the track is broken. A fair dealership would be a bit more generous and check out something so simple for free, otherwise we never would have even asked! Will never come back here to get our car serviced!

So I was having problems with my battery on Saturday, my car was having trouble starting. I sent my usual advisor (Seth Chandler) a message asking if they would have time to fit me in, my battery wasn't holding a charge. They said they would fit me in, I was also having a bucking feeling so I thought it could have been my spark plugs since they haven't been changed since I bought the car. I asked them if they have time could they do that as well. The tech Geordan Rule was amazing and did everything I asked for!

Horrible experience. Went in on Wednesday and spent 3.5 hours making a deal with them. Initially, they offered me $2300 for trade on a truck they instantly came up to $6000 on when I questioned. After that they took another $1500 off the truck i was looking at and we agreed on the deal. Fast forward to today, and when I was speaking with the finance lady I realized the amount financed didn't match up with what they had told me. They were off by $1000. I went down to iron it out and they called me a liar, even though the salesman Pedro remembered exactly what we spoke about but was afraid to speak up and lose his job. At that point they preferred to refund my $3k deposit rather than honor the deal they originally agreed to. Typical bait and switch, what a waste of my time.

So this started in 3/31. We went in because the salesman’s dad is a friend of ours. They had the truck that we had been looking for and they wanted to sell it by the end of the month, that day. After Negotiating the price and walking out once- they called and accepted our offer, we signed all the paperwork. They had just taken the truck in so it hadn’t been detailed or gone through. We had taken it to our mechanic so we were comfortable with the shape of the truck. There was a small rust spots on the tailgate that they promised to touch up and there were no mud flaps which they said they had to put on for it to be inspected. This was a Wednesday. We were told because it was already sold it was a priority and should be ready by Friday or Saturday. We drove by the dealership on Sunday and it was parked at the dealership with an inspection sticker on it but the tailgate was kit touched up. When we didn’t hear anything by Monday we called. We were told everything was done except they ordered the touch up paint. We called back on tuesday afternoon and were told that Ford doesn’t make the paint anymore so they sent it to the body shop. This is almost a week later. We had cancelled the insurance on our other van because we were supposed to have the truck by Saturday. We decided to drive the van to the dealership and try to find out when the truck would be done. They wouldn’t call the body shop but again told us everything else was done. So we asked if we could go to the body shop and take the truck but leave the tailgate. The owner and the salesman agreed to that and called the body shop to let them know. While we were at the body shop they confirmed that the dealership called that morning to get the truck in. After my husband left the body shop he noticed that the truck had not been cleaned. He stopped back at the dealership and went off on the owner. He got home with the truck and we noticed there were no mudflaps even though they had put an inspection sticker on it. I called the owner 3 times, the salesman, texted the salesman and called the service dept. I finally got a call back from Eric who said he was in service, come to find out he was the owners brother and the next day claimed to not know anything about what was going on. He and someone in the background told me how the truck was not done and we should not have it. Actually accused us of coming and just taking the truck. I informed him that we were told it was done and were given the keys to pick it up. So we had to go back in at 7:30 this morning to get a loaner and drop the truck off when we were told again it would be detailed, mud flaps, and the tailgate would be put back on. Still have not had a call from the owner at this point. When we got into the truck it still had not been cleaned. There were things in the glove compartment and the console. Coffee and dirt in the cup holders. A dirty rag on the floor. We went inside and had the owner come out to look. My husband took the things out of the console and threw them on the ground. The owner kept asking what he could do to make it right. I said detail it. He had his detail guy come out and take the truck back in. At this point he went back inside and I decided to go in to inform the service manager that the truck was not cleaned. At that point the owner of the company was upstairs trash talking us to his employees. Needless to say my husband lost his temper at this point and went up the stairs to tell them if they were going to talk about a customer make sure they are out of the building. One of the service techs got into my husbands face and started yelling at him. We finally just took the truck and left. They then had a no trespassing order put on us. We will never go back there and will tell anyone how bad the customer service is.

My experience with Best Ford was without question the worst experience, with any vendor, for any product, that I have ever had in my life. Their service department turned a damaged AC into a completely destroyed Transmission.
They rehearsed lies so as to mitigate their financial responsibility in the matter and covered up the fact that Ford has a pending class action lawsuit alleging that the transmissions in the Fusion and Focus are faulty. At one point they accused me of crafting a false narrative because I couldn't pay for the car. This fell apart when they saw I never missed a payment, put down over 1/3 in cash upon purchase and had a credit score of 725.
Carol Gates, their Service Dept. Director was horrific to work with and Mike Frassica was equally smarmy. Had I not fought with them for over 3 days I would have been on the hook for over 7k.
Eventually they relented and offered to buy my car at 4k higher than its blue book when I pointed out that no rational jury would believe the story that they had concocted. They then placed all the blame at Ford corporates feet once the curtain had lifted and maintained that it was the transmission and not their service department that caused the car to be totaled.
In sum, an unscrupulous dealership that ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.
