As a first time buyer I was very impressed how honest and kind everyone was their at Keene Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was interested in five trucks their and Tim in sales hooked me up with info on all of them, after choosing the one I liked the most we started the paperwork. Dusten in finances couldn’t have been more helpful with everything. Everything was completely explained to me and what I didn’t understand was broken down for me. I requested a hitch put on before I picked up my new truck and it was with no sweat. When I picked my truck up to bring it home Tim in sales sat in it with me and showed me all the buttons and gadgets and further explained my truck to me. I felt at home, as if I was buying from family! I plan to get all my future vehicles their and recommend them to all my friends and family.

DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Dealer had my vehicle for 4 months. Only called me twice to tell me I owed them money. I had to call multiple times, leave messages and contact the GM for a response. They did provide a loaner (that was provided after a month). Towards the end they told me I needed to pay them for 2 batteries (that were functional when arrived). They finally replaced the batteries with the cheapest version available. The batteries were an icing on the cake to to a 4 month blackout in communication. Now, after the battery debacle I have recieved the truck back from them "cleared"... yet now it leaks oil. I brought it back to them and they fixed an O ring. Got it back for a second time with a note in the service records "small leak from oil pan". Now, on the second trip it is leaking so much oil (still from above the oil pan) that it has sprayed all over the front axle and onto the brake assembly on the driver's side. I will be going to a different dealership due to their incompetance.

Absolutely horrible! All around aweful experience. My "great car" they sold me died. Only owned it two years.. And I spent one of those years agruing with them on what they did sell me.. Not to mention when they had to replace stuff under WARRANTY they sent the car back with all the plastic on the inside popped off. Glad they were sold..wouldnt go there again if they were the last place on earth... Wish this would let me give no stars...

After your deal is done they rush to get you out. Dont care about you anymore. They forget they promised you things for your vehicle and you have to go through xxxx and back to get it done. One month later half the promises have been made because all i did was fight for what was promised. Matt Zappone is the biggest liar of them all. He wont return your calls after he promises to take care of everything and then ignores you also. When you continue to fight they accuse you of harrassment. Stay away from them. They are all Crooked

As any regular person does, before going into buy a car there was some hesitation because of dealing with car dealerships.
My sales person Cody was great. I was able to communicate with him via text and email which fit my very busy schedule perfectly. We were able to get everything done that we needed and go back-and-forth without issue.
I feel like I got a very fair deal on my trade-in and got a fair deal for the price of the car.
If I had to pick somethings that bothered me:
- the amount of time I spent in the dealership waiting for finance to finalize everything.
- the car couldve been cleaner on delivery
- someone clearly took it on a joy ride, because I have the road and track package, which tracks with the vehicles highest reached speed was and mine was at “90”

When you need them they are unavailable. Bobby Hensley will promise you one thing and fail to follow through. They left my door unlocked overnight and my truck had tools stolen from it and now Summit refuses to place a claim through their insurance company. Mine won’t proceed until they receive a letter from their insurance good bad or in different. And Bob also won’t release the name of the insurance company for a claim to even be placed. Isn’t this the same as being involved in a hit and run? That’s what it feels like.

Brileya’s Jeep is a 2 hour drive one way for me and totally worth it! I stopped by my local Jeep dealership and they were vultures! I didn't want to be sold. I wanted help choosing what I needed and wanted because I had my eye on 3 different models. Brileya’s helped do just that! They took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and how it would perform for what I wanted and needed it for. The experience wasn't a push to buy the most expensive vehicle, it was genuinely aimed at getting me the vehicle best suited for my needs and my wants. I will definitely go back! I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep because my experience was undeniably satisfying and I'm in love with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!
Wouldn't honor previous deal after credit was pulled TWICE - reggie11
Had a deal worked up on a Ram 1500 but wasn't able to test drive the truck until the following week. Drove the truck and had a deal in place so I submitted a credit app and then when I verified the deal one last time they said part of the deal was not included anymore (making my last lease payment on my current car). Said that was a one day offer to get me to buy the truck last week (same month though) and they wouldn't honor it. This was done after they pulled my credit so the deal fell through.
They also pulled my credit TWICE. I have Tier 1 credit so there was no need to pull my credit twice. So now I have two hard inquires on my report on the same day for a deal that fell through because they wouldn't honor part of the deal from the previous week... Not happy at all
