I purchased my Honda HRV from here back in February. A week later I was having issues with it starting and finally after THREE trips to a Honda dealership they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue, which Keyauto very kindly took care of. The only other issue for me is the car didn’t have a new sticker on it; when I asked if they could put a new one on I had the choice of going to their sister dealership in York. I live in Maine so I chose to do that because I was told they also check emissions so I wouldn’t have an issue. After making the appointment and driving an hour there for my new inspection sticker, I was told they could not do it because they aren’t equipped to check for emissions testing! A bit frustrated with the misinformation, I would’ve just saved my time and had them put one on before driving off the lot.
But overall, my initial experience of going in and purchasing my vehicle was great. Aristedes was super friendly and helpful with all my questions!

I have been bring my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to this dealership since it was new which now the vehicle has 108,000 miles. I brought the Jeep in for service in January of this year for a loud grinding noise coming from the brakes. I had since January brought it back '5' separate times for the same issue. Each time that I picked the vehicle up from the dealership and drove just down the road I had to turn around each time because the issue wasn't resolved. Each time I have picked up the vehicle I was notified by the service manager that everything looks good and there is no sound. I would turn around each time and have the service manager ride with me in the vehicle and every time it was stated that "I didn't hear that when I drove the car, it's not supposed to do that". I was then after the fifth time having it serviced that the Jeep is safe to drive though the brakes are not stopping the vehicle.

My experience at Priority was the most pleasant I have had at any dealership. From sales, to finance, to the owner, I felt that I was in great hands as they were all very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They took the time to go through all my options, both in terms of the vehicle I wanted and financing, and they did so honestly. I did not feel pressured in any way and I believe they all genuinely wanted me to leave happy and with the best deal possible. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and he has done an excellent job picking his staff. I left very satisfied and excited about my beautiful 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!
