I hate the car buying experience. Right from the start, our salesman Gary Pion was extremely helpful without being pushy in any way (first wow). On a return visit to look again, we discovered it was Gary's day off but John Snelling was quick to jump in, pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for and got us keys to take a test drive! (Wow again - no hesitation to help a customer that was already working with someone else.). Gary gave us the time we needed to make our decision without feeling any pressure whatsoever (wow3). Signing papers was quick and easy. And Marc Lamoureux took the time to personally thank us for choosing Lamoureux Ford (did I say wow?!?!?!). Can't say enough about how amazing this car buying experience was. I'll definitely recommend Lamoureux to all of my friends!

At 61 I have purchased many cars and it was never this easy. Family Ford is a first class operation that begins with its people. We were looking for two new vehicles during this visit. Ted Vanasse did a great job in finding the right vehicles and Rodrigo Gallardo did a great job on explaining the new technology in our new rides. .My daughter loves her Edge and my F150 is an awesome vehicle. We look forward to working with them in the future and we will introduce our family and friends to them as well.

He took a lot of time with us and explained everything and answered all my questions and more. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

Within the first five minutes at this dealership i felt like family. I walked in knowing exactly what i could afford and James, Chris and Marty made it happen without a hitch. The customer satisfaction didn't end at the sale either. The next day i noticed a tear in the door panel and contacted the dealership about it. They had the part ordered the next day and fixed as soon as i brought the car in, as well as looking at my brakes without question after i noticed a squealing sound. This dealership overall is the best that i have been to. Sales and Service departments have all made my experience here the best it could be. A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

This was my first time dealing with Brewster Ford. I found the vehicle I wanted and sent an inquiry. I received a prompt reply and scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle. They moved the vehicle to one of their locations that was closer to me. I was running late and received a call to make sure I was still planning to stop in. Brad was very helpful, reviewed the vehicle history and inspection results. We tested the car and he provided resolution for all of my questions and concerns. He also reviewed the other cars I was interested in and provided good insight about the comparisons. In the end I selected the vehicle from Brewster Ford due their focus on customer service and safety. I would recommend Brewster Ford to anyone.

I spent hours in this dealership, one of the worst experiences in my life. Where do I start.
First of all, their sales people do not know what their doing or they just don't let them make decision on their own. Second when they turn you down on the first car and give you their pick (a car you really don't want), but in order for you to test drive it they have to jump start it first. After they jump start it, and keep in mind, they do this in front of the customer. Then they have clean off the piles of bird xxxx of it, also in front of the customer. Granted, I am thinking, okay everyone has a bad day. Now, I am not done yet. Then after test driving the car, and agreeing to put a $400 deposit (and being told it is 100% refundable) and having to wait until the next day to here something. I let the day go by, by 3:00PM I am thinking, maybe they are busy? So I call to leave a message, to get a voice mail that states it is June 2nd and to leave a message. 5:30 PM, still no call back...nothing. So I call again, they transfer me to another voice mail and guess what. They are closed!xxx? Now I am wondering how long it is going to take for me to get that $400 back...granted, they probably don't give a f>>>>. I was never so sorry for trusting this place. The sales people knew nothing about the vehicles at all. Tomorrow,I am going back to Kia in Wallingford, where they truly know their customers, cars and most of all, be upfront and honest. New or used, they always held their promise.
I am hoping I can give no stars or even half of one. Is there a way to take one away?.

I have been a loyal Crowley/Ford customer since I purchased my 2006 Explorer and have nothing but great experiences. I have been having issues with my battery for the past 2 years and had several replaced by AAA and the inconvenience was beginning to become more often. I finally called Crowley and Jesse was awesome in handling my issue and found out that it was just the battery and it was replaced. It was a great experience working with Jesse and that's what makes me continue to stay with Crowley with my Explorer and any new vehicle I hope to purchase in the next couple of years.

I brought in our Explorer for and oil change and the girl came up to me and told me I needed an alignment and cabin filter for a total of almost 160.00. The problem is I just had that done 2 months ago when it was in for a check engine light. After she apologized and said she made a mistake one of the salesmen came over and said that happens a lot now. I won’t be back.
