This is the second experience I have had at Lamoureux Ford and it won't be the last! I always enjoy the time spent with my sales person and the financial exec. It is always quick and painless and the folks are not just professional but are also packed with personality which I really appreciate! Not only would I send my friends, as their slogan says, but I consider them now friends! I'm a bit picky and so they went above and beyond and helped me design my car exactly how I wanted it! Not only did they "nail it", but in my eyes - they "Gailed it"!

Daniel was very informative about the vehicle I was looking at. He knew all aspects of it. We took a test drive as he was highlighting some of the features the SUV had. The car was in excellent shape and the price was great. There was no pressure to buy. It was a certified car so everything was checked very carefully. What I liked about this dealership is the after service once the the car is sold. They gave me a free oil change . They really care about the satisfaction of the customer.

I bought my F-150 in 2004 at Morande and have always had it, and my wife's Explorer serviced there, and now at Tasca. All of our experiences have been positive. Today's visit confirmed my impressiion of the honesty of the Tasca team. I thought that the Explorer needed brake work and made a date with Tony to have it looked at. I was very pleasantly surprised when Tony told me that, after giving it an "exam," the technician had found nothing wrong and that the brakes were fine. This dealership was top notch! Darren Beylouni went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the explorer we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After we decided on an SUV the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

This is the 4th Vehicle I've purchased from Hammonasset Ford, and the second one I've purchased from Nando Varriale. Nando made the most recent purchase of my CPO 2016 F 150 a piece of cake. He went to bat for me to get me the deal I wanted! There was no pressure, or pain in this buying experience! This dealership makes you feel at home, while getting you the deal you want. In the past I've tried other dealerships, but keep coming back to Hammonasset Ford!!
Was charged for excessive hours to just diagnose the issue - truckguy
My air conditioner stopped working. I took it into the dealership to have the problem looked at and fixed. Originally I was told it would probably be fixed for about $250. After they determined the issue, I was told it would be over $1200 to have it fixed. I told them not to fix it. When I picked up my truck, I was charged $280 for them to diagnose the issue. I would not recommend this service center to anyone.

Be very careful when buying a car from Hoffman. I recently purchased a Certified Vehicle. Its been in the shop all ready for service and I had to fight them to pay for a loaner. Their service department is currently 8 weeks out. My engine light is on again, my AC isn't working properly and they won't book me for service for 8 weeks!!!!
My salesperson raved about how good their service department is, that could be true but you can't get in to see them.
I also question 8 weeks, What's wrong with ford cars??

Do not take your car here to be serviced! It’s the worst place to have a problem diagnosed correctly! I have taken my car here 4 times for the same problem which is still under warranty. Last time it was there for 10 days and they didn’t fix it. The time before that they replaced the windshield and it still leaked. Today they said the seal on the new windshield was bad but they can’t get to it until Friday. The loaner car they gave me is a piece of crap with 107,000 miles on it.
Find another place to take your car for service! They don’t know what they’re doing!!

Overcharged for repairs - Ford Customer
They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to evaluate the problem when it the car was in their shop for 15 minutes before they came out and told me the part needed to be replaced. In researching what a fair price should have been, it was $110 to $170 range. They charged me three times what they should have.

Sarat Ford was eager to sell us a vehicle, but ONE DAY later couldn't be bothered to return emails and phone calls. The new car they sold us had a noticeable nick on the tailgate. After REPEATED attempts to reach the salesperson, we were told he could only offer us a small vial of factory paint for us to FIX IT OURSELVES. A few months later, the sales team AGAIN ignored repeated attempts to request paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax (which the State disputes they did). Very BAD, very, very BAD service!!!
