Would like to share my recent experience I had with the SHAKER’s Family Ford Lincoln which ended successfully in buying a used Subaru Impreza I liked. My sales representative was a friendly, knowledgeable and full of positive energy employee and a wonderful person Doreen Darsh. During the whole process - from just looking at the car, driving together as part of the driving test, answering my numerous questions and preparing all the paperwork - Doreen acted as if she had been my family member: always supportive and responsive - no pressure approach. All that was done at a high professional level. It was my great pleasure to get to know the SHAKER’s car dealership through my experience with Doreen, the best of the best there. I left SHAKER being a satisfied customer and driving my new car. Highly recommend!

I returned to Dowling Ford to purchase my used 2012 Ford Fusion 3 years ago. I trusted them as a family owned business. I generally do not trust car dealers. However, they are different. They know and care about their customers. I have returned for oil changes and car maintenance because first my car was under warranty and then my car repair garage closed. The service department is highly trustworthy and good. They did not charge me for a new battery last year, because it should have had a warranty to last longer. They gave me a free oil change one time, because they need to keep my car an extra day to do some work on it! They have provided me with free loaners twice. Thank you Dowling!!

My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

We purchased a new Ford from Brewster Ford this past weekend. We had been searching for a new vehicle for the past several weeks. During this time we had visited several dealerships. I knew as soon as I walked into Brewster Ford this was the place I would be purchasing my vehicle from. Brad Stans greeted us as soon as we walked in, was super friendly, showed us several options, gave us plenty of time to think things over, and never once pushed us to make a decision.
I feel we were offered a fair price, and the dealership has gone above and beyond - even taking care of our license plates so we don't have to go to the DMV - that alone is worth going back for! Seriously though, we will return to Brewster Ford for our future car buying needs.
I highly recommend Brewster Ford to all my friends, family, and internet acquaintances.

One of the trucks in my fleet blew its engine. I didn't want to waste money on a truck with over 200k miles and needed a replacement fast. I arrived at Crowley Ford around noon. Wrote up a truck with Alex, my salesman. He jumped through hoops for me. He got the tow package and the shelves and bins installed and the truck was ready for me to pick up at 5pm. Amazing job! Really got me out of a jam. Thank you Alex and the whole Crowley team!

I am surprised to see many 5 star reviews. I don’t mind to give 5 stars if they have done the work as expected. But unfortunately what they have done to me I am very disappointed. Jason Peltz was the service rep and Brian Pires was the tech assingned to my vehicle. They failed to diagnose the electrical issue that was causing the overcharge at first place My calls were being ignored and when I ask for the status update Jason Peltz was updating the status of the vehicles that was in his garage belongs to other people but don’t wanted to update about mine. If someone likes that kind of jokes just give them a try. After month and half wait I went to their office Jason told me that the mechanic is working on my car and it should be ready soon. I decided to wait there I knew he talks about the bush and whatever he say is not true. I decided to wait there for few hours. At the end of the day he came to me and told me that your car is ready but unfortunately it is still overcharging. I asked him why you want me to take the faulty vehicle which is not fixed, you make me wait and misled me. Service Manager Elizabeth Lofand got involved and assured me that my car will be fixed but didn’t tell me when? she gave me the loaner car which was helpful. I have waited for more than 3 months and finally my car is fixed I was charged $675 extra to correct the engine light. They held my vehicle longer to make the job bigger. Total bill was over $2500 with hefty labor charges. Instead of giving me reasonable discount they have over charged me. Absolutely poor customer service. Unprofessional ,incompetent and rude staff. Not recommended

this has to be by far best experience dealing with a car dealership ever. I was treated with respect, kept in the loop through the hole process between sales and financing.My Salesman Nick Messina was awesome helping find the right car to lease which i ended up with a escape se and i love it. it has all the features i need. then working with Matt from the finance department was just as awesome. also i lived an hour and half in Putnam NY and Mike, another salesman picked me up and brought me to the dealership. who does that today? i would recomend this team for your next ford or lincoln purchase any day of the week and a month of sundays!

My sister and I went to look at the new Ford EcoSport. We told Tony Blais that we were just looking and he answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner. He respected what I said and he just offered information. He suggested we also look at the Ford Escape and take it for a test drive.
As it turned out I liked this car a lot! I went home to think about it and returned later to "get serious" about buying. Again, everything was low key but informative. We worked out the price, and I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Ford Escape. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely friendly. The owner, Roger Jourdain, could not have been more helpful! The Manager, Bill, and the finance person, Denise, were also very accommodating. To be honest, one of the biggest reasons I decided to buy a Ford was because of the dealership. The sales people (I can definitely recommend Tony) and the Service Department are great!
Terrible service technicians - Pissedoff
Do not take your car here to be serviced! It’s the worst place to have a problem diagnosed correctly! I have taken my car here 4 times for the same problem which is still under warranty. Last time it was there for 10 days and they didn’t fix it. The time before that they replaced the windshield and it still leaked. Today they said the seal on the new windshield was bad but they can’t get to it until Friday. The loaner car they gave me is a piece of crap with 107,000 miles on it.
Find another place to take your car for service! They don’t know what they’re doing!!

Sarat Ford was eager to sell us a vehicle, but ONE DAY later couldn't be bothered to return emails and phone calls. The new car they sold us had a noticeable nick on the tailgate. After REPEATED attempts to reach the salesperson, we were told he could only offer us a small vial of factory paint for us to FIX IT OURSELVES. A few months later, the sales team AGAIN ignored repeated attempts to request paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax (which the State disputes they did). Very BAD, very, very BAD service!!!
Overcharged for repairs - Ford Customer
They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to evaluate the problem when it the car was in their shop for 15 minutes before they came out and told me the part needed to be replaced. In researching what a fair price should have been, it was $110 to $170 range. They charged me three times what they should have.
