Traveled 9 hrs to get a vehicle. Was very dirty and unprepped. Very unprofessional. Tried to sneak in extra registration fees (they corrected once called out). Only reason they got 2 stars is because they did the negotiating over the phone and a lot of places wont do that, but being 9 hrs away I had no choice. Had issue w/ vehicle and their service basically said "i dont know" and refused to do anything about it. Went to a ford dealer because I had higher expectations. I was transferring plates from my former vehicle and he even went out of his way to put the plates on the car himself. The car rides like new although being three years old it lacked that new car smell, such is life!. The price fell well within the blue book value for a similarly appointed Focus and was less expensive than many cars with higher mileage.

My wife bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot here. We got a great deal, as in there words, they are off the beaten path so have to lower their prices to be competitive. We worked with Dan Janus, and he was friendly, nice and helpful all the way though the transaction. They have low fees and do not pressure at all, no haggling needed, the price is already as low as they go. Overall we had a pleasant transaction, and the only thing I would say is poor Dan appears overworked and underpaid. At times he was a little slow to respond to emails/texts, but not for trying, working 10 hour days with no lunch. We got there in the end, viewed the car on Friday and drove it off the lot on Tuesday. Perhaps October is just their busy season.

Last winter I've made not a cheap: 44,5K $ POC deal with them.
First, I had to send reminders to get the awfully tardive paperwork done, despite the rapid full payment and the agreement on a timely service at contract signature.
Secondly; during the weeks of (totally unnecessary) waiting the truck was shown to other customers; thus, various annoying dents and (deep!:-((( scratches have occurred. If it wasn't enough, all factory rubber carpets were replaced to some low quality plastic ones.
I had to make a list of concerns, but no real actions were taken eventually. Instead, I ended up with a "salesman" who literally challenged my words...yes, after 44,5K USD... obviously.... Hence, I had to show the pictures from the date of the deal; promises were made at least... but, nothing really happened, again: literally nothing was fixed.
So, it was confirmed: what all they care about is actually getting your money and you're screwed if you have a problem.
You may ask why on Earth I finished this transaction?
Well, the truck was for my kids and they liked the rare colour; secondly, because I trust Ford and its dealerships all over the country (actually all over the world), plus: I did consider positively the superficial online feedbacks too... MY MISTAKE!
DON'T DO THAT! They are misleading, notably the positive ones where people got spontaneously/temporarily satisfied with the new toy (under full factory warranty and zero milage in)...
Read the critics only, carefully: you'll be better off.
Obviously: this dealership truly does not care about your business or your hard earned dollars at all (notably, if you are on the "second hand class")....
Anyways we survived, the truck is OK, Ford did a good job (so far) but, the entire experience with the dealership was just a painful epic misconduct full with clumsy improvisations.
BTW, it was a solid 800$ extra to fix all the issues they have produced after I've signed the papers...

One star rating only because I can't choose no stars. Unbelievably horrible experience. I purchased new $65,000.00 2019 F250 Lariat crew cab in July from a dealer in Massachusetts. It has 3,700 miles. I'm hearing what could be a knock from the lower engine. I went to this dealer because they are local to where I work and wanted to give this smaller dealer an opportunity to service my truck in the future. All of this was stated to them when I arrived. Here's how I was received...…..First, no one could be bothered to even listen to the engine. Second, I was told (in a dismissive manner) BY THE PRESIDENT, STEVE BOWEN "If the engine is knocking and needs to be replaced we would send you back to the dealer you bought it from because we don't make any money on engine replacements and if I wanted someone to look at the truck to diagnose the knock to schedule an appointment in a week or two". This is their idea of Ford customer service. What a joke! I've contacted Ford directly an open a case to document my experience with this dealer.

My mother bought a car from here not that long ago. She absolutely loves her car, but had an issue with her sunroof not closing. She went into the service department and spoke to some plain jane women with glasses who was extremely rude. She told my mother that it would be $105 to fix the issue. I’ve been a service advisor for 10 years, and so has my other sister. So, she wanted to charge my mother an hours worth of labor to have a technician shove my mother’s moonroof closed essentially. When my mother said she didn’t have that kind of money at the moment she brushed my mom off and sent her away. When my mom was sitting in their waiting area calling me trying to figure out what to do, she over heard this rude woman talking about her to a Technician saying, “She has no money to fix her car, so we’re not doing anything.” The only reason my mother knew she was talking about her is because she heard the rude woman say “her daughter is a service advisor.” For the record, my entire family is in the automotive industry, and we work for multiple different manufacturers. This woman is the exact reason people hate coming to car dealerships. Because of disrespectful, uneducated, unprofessional employees like this woman. How dare you disrespect my mother, how dare you try and take advantage of someone who needs help. I truly hope you see this, and I hope there are some repercussions for your actions. You should be ashamed to have this woman as an employee at your establishment, because if this is how colonial represents itself no one I know will ever come to any of your stores.

I contacted this dealership in order to return my leased car. Initially, I had wished to purchase the car, but after 2+ weeks of being shoved off via email/phone call, I decided that I did not want to give Ford my business and simply wanted to return the car. I set an appointment and went into the dealership only to have them tell me that they could not acquire the appropriate information and would not accept my car that day. And that I should call them back. No one in the dealership was wearing masks or keeping 6 ft of distance from me. I was able to return my car to another dealership who handled my case promptly and without hassle. I would strongly recommend not giving this dealership your business.

If I could give them a ZERO rating I would! I was searching for a particular Lincoln at a certain price and Carfax had one listed at Sarat that met my criteria. When I called to put down a deposit on the car, they informed me that the car was mis-advertised and was $10,000 more and that it was the fault of Carfax. Be aware that they have yet another vehicle on Carfax that is also falsely advertised at $10,000 below their actual price ~ coincidence?? Definitely NOT! (These incorrect prices have also not been changed on the Carfax site in the 5 days since I was initially in touch). I did learn from Carfax that they never lower prices on vehicles in their ads unless they are instructed to do so by the dealership. Since Carfax has so much more to lose by being deceptive, I feel comfortable that this one small dealership is pulling the fraudulent strings and NOT Carfax as I was told by Sarat's Manager. This Manager was also very disrespectful and rude to me. He told that I "could go the the Mass. Attorney General's Office and complain and that they did not care". I then wrote a very courteous email to both the General Manager and the Owner (Jeff and John Sarat) asking for a response to this problem. After 5 days, neither has even bothered to show me the courtesy of a response. I think it is safe to assume that with their 1.3 rating, it says it ALL and if the General Manager and Owner do not have respect and courtesy for potential customers, why should any of their staff? It is obvious that this is SARAT's way of doing business. Quite simply, SARAT is practicing "FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE practices and they just don't care. Shame on you SARAT!! You should not be allowed to continue to be open for business in the Commonwealth. I'll leave that up to the AG's office. My best advise to anyone considering buying a new vehicle from Sarat or anyone else, is to check your potential dealership's reviews first.

Had car towed in because they had the diagnostic machine and had lost all antifreeze with no leaks found. Supposedly a bypass valve and fixed for 550.00. A month and half later same problem low coolant towed back in. Different problem this time supposedly a hose and another 500+spent. They kept car 3 days even though I needed it. Left grease on carpet and grease on door panel. Never waived diagnostic fee or any apologies for inconvenience. Will never go back there and will not recommend to anyone. Most horrible repair shop with absolutely no customer support.

Because I was not only looking for a reasonable deal but also safety, Mr. Jeff Gladding was able to assist me with a kind and courteous disposition that made me feel comfortable during my car shopping experience. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with Jeff's honesty as well as his willingness to show me vehicles that were in my price range.
