I had made an appointment for oil change and car detail. Apparently the dealership overbooked the number of vehicles being detailed and my car was not completed. I was not notified of this until the end of the day. Not sure why my car was not done.

My experience with Russ was very pleasant. He answered all my questions and did not try to leverage extras that I was not interested in. The car and price was as described on the internet. He took the time to find a similar vehicle for a test drive as well as the one I came to see. I wanted to do this as I had not driving the new explorer before. The final sale closing process was also no pressure as Mark outlined and explained the extras, but didn't use the usual scare tactics that many dealers do.
I went to buy the car as described on the internet, and drove away with that car exactly as I wanted.
I would recommend Russ and Litchfield Ford for purchasing to any one who asks.

I had bought a used car from them. Right after that, the next day, a few problems surfaced that I didn't notice at first. It took them several days to take care of these problems, but they did everything to address them, without a word of complaint. I would especially like to praise the girl I worked with - Stephanie Sheperd. She is a real pistol.

The whole service experience was a joke! I was left repairing my vehicle on the side of the highway after leaving from the service department. They scratched the xxxx out of my truck, and after telling them there was never any follow up to try to resolve this. They brushed the whole thing off like it never happened. Since then I have gone to another Ford dealership and have been treated one hundred percent better.

i purchase an explorer from this dealer 2 days ago and i told them ,me and my wife will be in the paperwork and the registration.
i explained it to the finance manager my point .
to my surprise the registration came with just my name in it.
i called the sales person(D) and the finance manager(J) to let them know and see if they can fix it.
they told me they can not do anything about it from the beginning when i told them,as well they didn't even do some troubleshooting to see if there is a way to take care of a customer that paid the car cash.
at certain point they were blaming me for it its like i am doing the paperwork even though i told them point blink that i want my wife with me in the registration and paperwork and the finance manager went back and reprinted the paperwork to accommodate my request.
now totally different.
i would never go back to this dealership.
i wouldn't recommend it to anybody that wants to buy .

Overcharged for repairs - Ford Customer
They charged over $350 dollars to replace a cam positioning sensor on my 2014 Fusion that I purchased from them. They charged 2.5 hours to labor to evaluate the problem when it the car was in their shop for 15 minutes before they came out and told me the part needed to be replaced. In researching what a fair price should have been, it was $110 to $170 range. They charged me three times what they should have.

Sarat Ford was eager to sell us a vehicle, but ONE DAY later couldn't be bothered to return emails and phone calls. The new car they sold us had a noticeable nick on the tailgate. After REPEATED attempts to reach the salesperson, we were told he could only offer us a small vial of factory paint for us to FIX IT OURSELVES. A few months later, the sales team AGAIN ignored repeated attempts to request paperwork proving they paid the state sales tax (which the State disputes they did). Very BAD, very, very BAD service!!!
