Gary was a huge help and took a lot of time to explain everything to me from the price of the new car to the value of my trade to helping me figure out all the new options on my new car. Marc came out and made sure that I was happy with my price the first day. When I came back the next day to pick up my car Marc again came out and talked to me about it making sure I had a good experience. Gary and Marc were beyond helpful! I did not feel pressured or harassed like I had experienced at other Ford dealerships in the area.

After having searched for close to 2 weeks I came across Colonial Ford. I made the hour drive out to Danbury and was immedialty greeted by Rick. After having 2 bad experiences and limited time, I told Rick he had 90 mins to make this deal or I was leaving. Approximately 45mins later I was signing the paperwork for my new truck. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from Marcotte Ford, and the experience couldn't have been better. Nicole was fantastic throughout the entire buying process, keeping us informed of what was going on, making sure everything met our expectations. A few months later our other vehicle was needing to be replaced, so we returned to Nicole and ended up buying a 2013 Ford F-150. Well with a used vehicle, theres always the chance of it having issues... The issues were addressed to Rob in the service department and within a few days, all the issues were taken care of. While the truck was being fixed, they accommodated me with a loaner that was equivalent to what I owned. We couldn't be any happier with the experiences at Marcotte.

Leased our car from Brewster Ford and was in the shop 2 weeks later. The shop did not fix the problem the 1st or 2nd time it was brought in, we had to bring it in a 3rd time! Every time we brought in the car there was additional damage done by the shop and guys that worked on it! It was the worst possible experience we have ever had with a car dealership and service center! Our new car was treated like it was a piece of crap and as if it was a inconvience to them. No one there, general manager, service manager, or owner was helpful at all. Our car was returned to us multiples times absolutely filthy, when we brought it to them in perfect condition. There were water marks and mud on the outside, rusty foot prints on the driver and passenger seat, and dirt marks all over the interior roof. We were simply shocked. They were rude and voices were even raised at us like this wall our fault! I will never return to Brewster Ford for sales, service or for anything!

I was at Hoffman Ford dealership on January 13 With my 2014 Ford fusion titanium. I had just returned home from Florida and knew I needed brakes. I called other dealerships, but they were not able to help me. I called Hoffman Ford and spoke to Lisa who is very pleasant and she really took the time to help me. I arrived at the dealership the next morning and Tim Frenette took me right away without hesitation. The service was stellar and Tim is fabulous! Service was so good that I Scheduled an appt for my next oil change. I will bring my car in for future maintenance and highly recommend other customers do the same. I have purchased a Ford Escape Titanium from Rhinebeck Ford NY and they never gave me the $500 college credit that I was promised and approved for when I purchased my vehicle.
I called Ford’s College Credit program and they confirmed that they had issued a payment of $500 to Rhinebeck Ford on my personal behalf and they even gave the date. After I called Rhinebeck Ford and spoke with Susan Spenser who initially promised to credit the $500 but never did. Now she told me that I was not approved. Obviously she didn't know that I had spoke with Ford’s College Credit program so it was a lie.
I would not recommend Rhinebeck Ford.
A good deal, but not a perfect experience - Chris Hamilton
First, let me say that the price I paid and was offered for my trade (which I opted to not trade) was very fair. So, if you are looking for a good deal on a used vehicle deal, this is probably a good place to check out. The only reason I can't give the dealership a higher rating is that everything seemed a bit rushed. When I drove away with my new (used) vehicle, the "change engine oil due" message was displayed. I called the dealer and they ensured me that the oil had been changed and that they just forgot to reset the oil life. The car didn't come with an owner's manual, despite being a certified pre-owned ford, so I had to find a video on line to figure out how to reset the oil life (not hard). Also, the car only had half a tank of gas in it when I drove off the lot. Not a big deal, I filled it up when I got home for $20, but I would typically expect that a car I buy from a dealer have a full tank of gas, fresh oil change, and new windshield wipers (I'm not sure if the wipers are new or not, but they seem kind of cheap). My satellite radio hasn't started working yet, but I'm giving that a few days since the dealership may need to register the car as certified pre-owned. Also, I purchased a Ford ESP plan from another Ford dealer on line (much cheaper) and the other Ford dealer also told me the vehicle hasn't been registered as a certified vehicle yet, so that is also on hold. It may be typical for it to take some time for that process to occur, especially since I bought it on the Thursday before a holiday weekend, so we'll have to wait and see on that.

A car is a very expensive purchase. It takes weeks of research to decide which make and model to buy, I don't want just anyone servicing it. This is one of the very few dealers that have earned my trust. Great group of nice people. I have bought many vehicles and always cringe when I bring it in for service. Buy it from one place service it in another .Very hard to find a dealer who can be both. I was very Fortunate to find them. Could not be more impressed with there service department clean efficient and open saterday.

I brought in our Explorer for and oil change and the girl came up to me and told me I needed an alignment and cabin filter for a total of almost 160.00. The problem is I just had that done 2 months ago when it was in for a check engine light. After she apologized and said she made a mistake one of the salesmen came over and said that happens a lot now. I won’t be back.
