I have leased multiple cars over the years from this wonderful dealership. They are professional, courteous, and helpful. Marque Hoenig has handled many of my leases and I find him a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to lay out the different options on leasing various models. He understands my budget and is happy to work within it. No pressure at all - the opposite, in fact. A couple of years ago, one of my leased cars required getting hand-controls installed by a third party installer, who I had found to do the work. Marque offered to take the car over there and pick it up when the work was complete. This time around I wanted to get different floor mats for my RAV and Marque and the manager, Dylan Hoang were happy to arrange for it. When I went to pick them up another manager, Tomi Tsitsos, saw me as I entered, invited me to sit, and quickly located the mats that had been ordered. All-around pleasant experience!

This dealership overall is good but when you ask to use the oilchange coupon provided on the website and then it doesn’t get applied by the service writer, it adds up to a bigger than expected bill. I also felt that I was for the first time rushed out and the service writer vanished before I could ask about the service coupon I inquired about. Hmm not sure about this one for the first time in all of my service visits at this dealership I will certainly be a lot more cautious as well as unforgiving the next time I’m there for service.

He was very prompt in having it serviced and I was able to get out quickly so I didn't lose too much time from work. I will set up all my appointments in the future with Corey. We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.

I bought a 2014 used Subaru Impreza and have had no end of problems. I bought it with a warranty that cost over $2k and the warranty has helped with exactly nothing. I've had starter, battery, brake, alignment, tire stud, windshield all replaced or repaired within 6 months of purchasing this car.
I asked for some help with a bumper problem where it would brake off in a car wash and they begrudgingly agreed to help after an hour of begging. They didn't fix it right and it broke again and when I called them to politely ask if they would help again the Sales Manager John instantly got upset and told me they aren't responsible for this type of thing and was very rude to me.
How crazy am I to think a car dealership I bought a used car with a warranty from would actually fix ANYTHING. I repair computers for a well known company and if you buy a refurbished computer with a warranty they will fix things that is obvious the customer damaged as long as it is somewhat uncertain as to how it broke. Here I buy a damaged car with a warranty and it's not their problem.

Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
They refused to listen to a noise my car was making - Ripped off by greentree
I went to this dealership because my car was making a gurgling noise and when I did they replaced the transmission computer but the car came back with two more prominent noises and when I went back They said they couldn't hear anything , so I said can I take ur guy for a ride like I did the first time I showed them them the noise.
(I had to show them the noise because they could hear the noise) so I made appt went back and they said we can't find a noise I said can I take ur guy again and show him? And she said.no he is busy..I couldn't believe my ears!!! I Am their customer standing there willingly wanting to show her the problem and she said no to me I totally couldn't believe it...The service lady Jessica then texted me and asked me to take my vehicle somewhere else for servicing!! I truly believe it did not need the transmission computer and they did it for the money from the warranty and caused two more noises but I don't know that for sure all I can say is who tells the customer know you can't show me what's wrong? And please don't come back not good business!!!
