Rich gave us a tour of the storage areas for Hartford Toyota, including both the garage, basement garage and surface lot that I'll bet most folks don't get. We were looking for very specific inventory. Dave was incredibly helpful in familiarizing us with the car and helping to do initial set up.

When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn’t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn’t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn’t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the “big boss” for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn’t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

So I test dove two vehicle's here on a Saturday and made a decision on one of the vehicle's. I left and returned back to the dealership within the hour and requested to put a deposit down on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The sales person stated that it was not fair to the other "salesman" as it could block a potential sale and stated that they don't take deposits. Not the norm but went with it, and an appointment was set for Monday afternoon, which was confirmed via the sale person calling to confirm Monday mid morning. Well I leave work early have all my affairs in order in regards to go forward with the sale and I receive a call from the sales person "I have some bad news...the vehicle just sold". Now I'm only 8 minutes away from the dealer after driving approximately 50 miles to get there on time sharp. So now he/she wants to push a lease over the phone...which I respectfully declined. After two messages were left for the manager or dealership owner to contact me, a call back was made by a manager and it turns out the vehicle was "sold" earlier in the week...but it was ok to have other potential buyers test driving a vehicle that someone already bought. If the new "owner" only knew that! After listening to his excuses and trying to get me back for another sale with "discounts" off for the trouble it has caused, again no thank you. So folks when you hear one of their sales person's giving the recited song and dance as to how they are different than all the area dealer's and they take great pride for this award and that award... ya, smile and walk away. If they could give "negative awards" to this dealership...they would have won fair and square.

Do not buy a car here! I got ripped off and two weeks later my engine light came on and they didn't want to do anything about it. And the price to get it fixed is over 1,200! I am very displeased with Toyota.

Ive been a customer for years and always been happy with service until I had to deal with Kevin Fitzgerald. I took my truck in to get frame replaced and it was one thing after another. First Kevin calls to reccomend a few repairs that should be done which I agreed to, he said no problem everything would be done by end o of day. I stop by the next day after dropping off rental and getting shuttle over just for a service employee to tell me my truck wont be ready for a few more days.
When I finally got my truck back I noticed that the shifter was very loose and slipping into neutral. I contacted Kevin and he said to bring it in. When I brought it to Lynch Kevin kept telling me they didnt have to touch this area of the truck and they were not responsible for anything that is occuring. After arguing with this guy he finally agreed to fix it but they would need to take apart the shifter and see what is going on.
After picking up my truck once again the shifter slipage was fixed by now none of yhe geara illuminate. I called kevin again but didnt hear back for over a week from anotherserviced coordinator he pawned the problem on. They said to bring in the truck and they would fix it no problem.
I go in ready to finally get this over with and they say once again that they are not reaponsible and never had to go into that area( which they needed to previously to diagnose problem) and that it isprobobly a light bulb that needs replaced . They could take a look but they would charge me 180 bucks.
It was at this point when I took my truck back and to a trusted mechanic to find out they have caused a lot more damage than just a light bulb.
I would advise anyone having any issues with this place especially with frame replacement to contact Toyota directly and make them aware as well as BBB and consumer reports.

Terrible Experience - Shady Sales & No Honesty - Ramrock212002
Would never go back. Spent three hours talking with Ray and when I started asking about price, he said, "I don't do that. You talk to the finance guy when you go in the room." Finally got into the room and that guy thought we'd already made a deal. More waiting while they go find the sales manager. We agree on a price, shake on it, start filling out paperwork and he comes back into the room and says, "I'm sorry, I just can't do that price." We'd already agreed and started the paperwork! He apologized and said he'd be happy to sell me one model lower for the price we agreed to. I agreed to a nicer car at this price, why on Earth would I accept a lower model for the same price?? He asked if he could call me later to talk about another car and I told him he could (why not, never hurts to hear what they have to say), but he never called. Total waste of my time and absolutely no credibility, accountability or morals. If you want the stereotypical "shady car salesman," this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
They refused to listen to a noise my car was making - Ripped off by greentree
I went to this dealership because my car was making a gurgling noise and when I did they replaced the transmission computer but the car came back with two more prominent noises and when I went back They said they couldn't hear anything , so I said can I take ur guy for a ride like I did the first time I showed them them the noise.
(I had to show them the noise because they could hear the noise) so I made appt went back and they said we can't find a noise I said can I take ur guy again and show him? And she said.no he is busy..I couldn't believe my ears!!! I Am their customer standing there willingly wanting to show her the problem and she said no to me I totally couldn't believe it...The service lady Jessica then texted me and asked me to take my vehicle somewhere else for servicing!! I truly believe it did not need the transmission computer and they did it for the money from the warranty and caused two more noises but I don't know that for sure all I can say is who tells the customer know you can't show me what's wrong? And please don't come back not good business!!!
