I had a great experience with the sales rep Jeff at this dealership. I purchased a preowned Ford Edge last month and I'm very happy with it. Jeff was very helpful with getting me into the car that best fit my needs and he really went out of his way for me. All of the preowned cars there were in great shape and super clean. The dealer fees were much better than any other dealership I shopped at and I went to quite a few. I wasn't even planning to buy a Ford initially and just went in to try one. The dealership was so much better to deal with than other places I went to. The Ford proved to be a much quieter ride than the other SUV's I had been focussing on. Trust was the number one factor in choosing Tasca.

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible car buying experience with Otis Ford. Thank you to Jeff Plitt, Lou Caponi, Jeff Winter and Carl Vail for their professionalism, kindness and truly above and beyond service. We had been incredibly anxious about purchasing a vehicle, weighed down by the stereotypes of fast talking high pressure car sales, and entered this experience with a ton of apprehension. Our experience at Otis Ford was the opposite of all the bad things we had read about purchasing a vehicle. All the staff we dealt with were patient, put zero pressure on us, were quick to answer our questions and address our concerns. Due to our own schedule and things that came up on our end, we had to change the (already agreed upon) delivery plans with Otis at the last minute and they accommodated those changes with grace and not a single iota of frustration or hesitation. We had traveled quite a way to come to Otis, but it was worth every mile of travel and we will definitely come back when we purchase our next vehicle. We can't imagine going anywhere else. We've had our car a few days now, and are so pleased. We got an incredibly fair price on the car, it was in absolutely excellent condition and it's been a dream to drive. If you are looking for a hassle free car buying experience, Otis Ford should be your first stop, and it will probably also be your last. From start to finish, everything about buying a car here was awesome.

We get to dealership only to find salesperson works from home and manager said car was sold and not available and we got no call back as promise. Make sure before dealing with this dealership that car is really available.because their promise is unreliable at best and at worst they bait and switch.

We bought our car the day before all business closed for covid in NYS last year. Park Ford found us an amazing used Ford almost new at a great price and did it all in one day. We test drove the car, signed the papers, got our insurance and plates and have been happy ever since. Recently we brought in our car for yearly maintenance. Park Ford was prompt and serviced the car while we had lunch. We even got great quotes for trading in our car for a newer one which we are still thinking about. The company is family owned and sales and service people are polite, intelligent and fun to do business with. What's not to like?!!

We have been doing service with Riverhead Ford for 30 years. Purchased 3 cars from them. Purchased a Lincoln in 2019 because we liked the pick up delivery/car wash but its very difficult to get that service ( you need at least 3 weeks in advance notice) and when I do wind up dropping off my car because I could not get pick up it still does not get washed. I get a coupon for a wash but that's not the same. A little disappointing especially since you pay more for Lincoln service than Ford.

My wife bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot here. We got a great deal, as in there words, they are off the beaten path so have to lower their prices to be competitive. We worked with Dan Janus, and he was friendly, nice and helpful all the way though the transaction. They have low fees and do not pressure at all, no haggling needed, the price is already as low as they go. Overall we had a pleasant transaction, and the only thing I would say is poor Dan appears overworked and underpaid. At times he was a little slow to respond to emails/texts, but not for trying, working 10 hour days with no lunch. We got there in the end, viewed the car on Friday and drove it off the lot on Tuesday. Perhaps October is just their busy season.

Stopped in Nov 7th to look at any beetles and jeeps. Just so happened a nice young man Nick came out to help us. He not only had us test drive a hard top beetle he found one for me. Same day he called and my husband and I went back for a test drive. Nick and John gave us the time we needed to make our decision to purchase the Volkswagen beetle bug with little pressure. Nick is relatively new with Valenti but his care and patience as well as his professional behavior was a welcome change from the usual car dealerships. We are very pleased with Nick and John and a huge thank you to Nick for all of his help.
