Just picked up a 2020 Discovery SE. This was absolutely the best buyer experience I have ever had in 50 plus years. Friendly, courteous, accommodating does not begin to describe my experience. The entire process was flawless. In a time when people just don’t care about service any more this dealership excels at it. Would highly recommend them to any one looking at Land Rover or Jaguar.

This dealership is very unpleasant to work with, and constantly tries to "upsell" the customer into buying unnecessary items such as tire insurance, etc. Also if you place a deposit on a new vehicle, they will not refund it should you change your mind. In sum, they must have plenty of customers because their attitude on everything is "you take it or leave it--that's how we do it here." No flexibility nor sense of relationship to the customer.

Scheduled appt with loaner. Came in, nice adviser but no loaner and no part avail (I called in advance and was told they can't order part without appt. Yet he asked if I knew if part avail) So came in, no part, no loaner and told they'd call. No call. I called and service rep to call back. No call. I called again next day and service rep said he'd check on part and return call. No call. 2 days later called again, service receptionist said she'd check, came back and said they had reached out to me...No, I've been home all week. (Caller ID doesn't have any record of message or hang up). She put me on hold ...I waited, waited, waited. then never returned. No call back. Over a week. I'm done with the Jaguar Brand.

Awful experience. I was excited to test drive a Jaguar F-Type that I was considering buying and when I asked Chris, their Sales Manager if I could, he asked me “why?”. What do you mean, why! I responded that I’m not going to buy a car that I don’t test drive first. Not sure if he thought I couldn’t afford it or just didn’t feel like helping me. Whatever the reason, I was extremely disappointed. If that’s how their Sales Manager treats their customers, I will never buy a car here. I will take my money elsewhere. You should be ashamed!
