I am so grateful to Steve Curina and the administration at MB of North Haven. It turned out that my car that I purchased in August had an unplanned acceleration problem which caused me to be in two accidents. Mercedes Corporate was unable to find the cause of the problem. My car came out of the body shopTuesday afternoon. I explained to Steve that I felt unsafe in that car and we discussed my getting a different car. Steve was wonderful. He helped me replace the car with a newer model. I will be a loyal customer I had a newer car in 21 hours after my visit. Thank you!!!!

The service is poor and the management is poor The rep I had was Christine she was a horrible rep she was being very sarcastic with me and was also laughing at my face when I told her she couldn’t do her job right and also said I threaten her because I said she couldn’t do her job right and that I wanted to speak to a new rep she refused to do that as well she was making up a whole bunch of number and couldn’t tell me how much a diagnostic fee was and how much labor was. On top of that I had scheduled an appointment for my car to get SERVICED on Friday and scheduled my appointment ahead of time on Monday and it never got looked at it didn’t even get brought into the shop until the next week keep in mind I had to call AAA on my only day off at 8:00 AM to drop my car off so I felt that since I dropped my car off they treated it as if my car was nothing all because I wasn’t there, therefore I been carless knowing I have to go to work and calling Ubers and they didn’t even offer me a rental car or anything they failed to follow up with me and when they do it’s last minute when I got a follow up message on Friday it was at 5:15 and they closed at 5:30 and that’s following up with a customer apparently... The service manager John was very unhelpful too I honestly felt that he wasn’t helping me and was covering up for Christine his tone over the phone was very unprofessional and honestly sounded like he wanted no part of that phone call it was hard to hear him it felt as if I was playing phone tag just to speak to someone professional but honestly no one there is it’s sad a company named the name they are with such horrible customer service I’m so disappointed and will never take my car here.

Our car turned out to be a lemon. Multiple issues that simply could not be resolved.
Lou Liodori went out of his way to resolve our issues. He worked with MB corporate to buy back the vehicle and facilitated the process. After speaking with Lou, I do now firmly believe that he tried to make things right.
Based on his hard work, I would be wiling to give this dealership another chance.

Victor and Matt were friendly and responsive to my concerns and desires. They were transparent and fair. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that my expectations were met and that I was satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. Even on the day of delivery, when some complications arose they were patient and understanding. They also sought out additional information on pricing of upgrades and changes to my vehicle just because I asked even though it did not have as much bearing on closing the deal. I appreciate their hard work getting me a car that I had been seeking out for some time. I have a particular taste and I my requests are very precise and targeted. I appreciate them prioritizing all of these things.

Not good, especially compared with other Mercedes service departments. We brought in our car for repair and a week later, we had the same problem. We had AAA tow it to the service center because they couldn't arrange for it. We also only have one driver in the family right now and they would not drop off the car (that they didn't properly repair in the first instance). My husband had to walk 5 miles on the highway to pick up his MERCEDES! We're in the market for a new Mercedes GL450. I'm pretty much dissuaded from buying from this dealership. I'm also waiting to see if the supposed repair they made this time (which they charged us extra for) actually corrects the problem. I don't feel at all confident in their work, at all respected, or feel like they are treating us fairly. Usually, when I go into Mercedes for a repair, it's a pleasant experience with knowledgeable considerate people. I don't feel at all the same about this dealership. Shame on them! I'm not even sure why I gave them two stars for anything. Maybe because I hope someone there actually has proper training on how to repair a Mercedes and that they did it right this time.
