Honest, respectful, customer service was amazing as they heard my every concern. They asked for a budget that would work and they made the best attempt and got me in my budget range. Fast and reliable but made me feel as a valued customer and not someone who they are trying to get for money. Had very bad experience with M J Sullivan Chevrolet in New London and was about to give up on purchasing a car until my wife came across Scranton Chevy and I gave them the opportunity to do business with them and in a matter for 72 hours...drove out with my new SUV. Thank you Nicco and James and the entire team at Scranton for making this my first and best experience buying a car.

Thank you Mr. Karl for the best buying experience we have ever had. We were kept informed, not pressured and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are so please with our Velar.
best car buying experience i have ever had - Camaroz28
couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. My salesman got me the best price (with deep discounts). Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!!

Just bought a 2021 Traverse from Chris Keefe at Key Middletown. Chris was honest, helpful & went beyond the extra mile to help! He was patient, gave me the space to make decisions and was extremely responsive. He stayed late to get the deal done and had a incredibly positive attitude. Highest recommendations!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership,... - Codymit
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership, hung up on me when I was asking about my warrantee and charged for my free oil change. Had my car for like 3 months now, it was not checked before leaving the lot, had to get new breaks for it, the check engine light keeps going on and off, but got turned away when I drove all the way there for my service appointment. Disgusting people and how they treat you. Only time they will show any kind of care is when you HAVNT bought the car yet...

John Monell was able too get me the best trade offer for my vehicle out of many other dealerships. He worked hard to meet my high expectations that several other dealerships told me were unrealistic. Through the process he stayed in touch to give me all info promptly. I appreciate how hard he worked. I know he did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend working with him to purchase a vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The service department was exceptional at Chevy of Milford. I had the brakes done on my Acura RDX. My tech Alex was knowledgeable and very thorough. The job was done quickly and accurately and Mirwais was very pleasant to interact with during the process. Well priced as well! I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Sales associate Frank was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The manager Josh was hilarious and really made the deal come together. This was the first time buying a car that I actually looked forward to going back to the dealer to complete the deal.

I want to say I dreaded going car shopping, car... - Gonzalezj
I want to say I dreaded going car shopping, car dealerships are usually an awful experience, but not at Grossmans, no pressure, just a relaxed shopping experience. They didn’t pressure me at all, and everything was clean and sanitized. They offered me a great price on my trade in. I would recommend to everyone to make Grossmans Nissan your next stop for a car.

Day of the purchase was smooth and efficient, and if everything agreed was with the car day of pick up, my rating would be 5 stars. However, they agreed to provide two roof rack cross bars. That was Dec. 19th. They were installed Feb. 25th (and I called a Wallingford dealer's parts dept. to enquire: they would have had them in within two days.) That delay is disappointing and detracts from the overall rating. However, again, first day in: ease of test driving multiple vehicles, efficiency and reasonableness of the negotiation, speed of closing out the deal, all excellent!
Great people, great place. - JaredT12234234
I knew what i wanted, knew they had it. Ryan, the sales guy recognized I wanted to leave with the truck that day. He, and everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to make this happen. They even picked up the truck from my home to install a bed liner. My family has been Ingersoll customers and they just added another one for life.

The dealership refused to honor the GM Educator's Discount when contacted about purchasing a 2021 GMC Canyon. The reason they gave for doing so was Covid changed a lot about the industry. That's total nonsense. Four other dealers on Long Island all honored the discount. They just won't honor it so they can squeeze every last nickel out of a customer. Well, they won't get a penny from me now.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a legitimate dealership. I am stuck with a car with a branded title, so a car I’m paying over 25,000 on is worth about 5,000. The manager was not willing to resolve or mediate the issue. He insisted it was on the paper I signed. My mistake for not seeing the small check off box on one of the million papers I signed. A legitimate dealership would never think about selling a car with a branded title. It was never verbally disclosed to me during the process.

We did not need a third car (as we have already have 2 cars) till summer (when my older son would be back from college). But, Bolt EV was having great discounts and we decided to buy the car. We also knew that their was a $1,500 CT state cash back that one could get for the car.
We gave a price that we were willing to pay for the car. The price was accepted immediately. We confirmed a couple of times that we will still be getting the CT state $1,500 cash back. The salesperson stated that we would be entitled to that money when we file our taxes.
We went to sign the papers. One of the papers stated that the price of the car includes the $1,500 CT state cash back. They were giving the dicount to us when they agreed to the price of the car and they will get that money back. So, we felt misinformed as the price that we had agreed on included the $1,500 CT state discount.
We should have walked off. We had already started signing the papers. I guess the subtle pressure made us complete the process of buying the car. I did not expect that a car dealer would ask us to sign papers to give the CT state discount of $1,500 to them.
I guess next time I will be prepared to walk off when a car dealer does something similar.

Based on the selection of on-hand inventory, I went to McDermott Chevrolet to check it out. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but wanted to see up close. Dave White was right there to answer questions. He offered a test drive so we gave it a spin. He knew all the answers to any question, features etc. He was right there to help me confirm what I wanted. I didn’t come with my trade-in, but we talked price and in no time came to an agreement (no pressure, ho hassle). I gave a deposit and said I’d be back next day with trade-in. Dave made this the easiest transaction EVER! Next day, my new ride was sitting right out front, all sparkling & clean. He gathered my documents, introduced me to the finance guy and literally 20 minutes later DONE! Could not have been simpler.
Dave then spent some quality time with me to get things set up and learn the new features. Super helpful!!
Dave White ... best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with!
If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he’s a liar and... - KJ
If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he’s a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced, also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it’s driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up.

It’s not that fun when you are trying to talk to a sales guy and he is constantly on his phone. George was his name I think. Not completely sure since his face was locked on his phone. Left and bought a new car down the road. Thanks but no thanks

Worst experience, if you get a call from Mike or an internet sales manager Matt. Hang up, total bait and switch. Wasted an entire day after a completely transparent phone call about what I was looking for only to have the deal increased by thousands of dollars once I was in the show room. Stay away from Mike and Matt. I’m sure I won’t hear from a manager there about this. They only seem to respond to the good reviews of people who weren’t burned by this dealership

I have been a GM technician for 15 years and the way this dealership treats there customers is the worst I have ever seen over charge because the customer is deaf an they think they can get away with it they brake additional parts and charge for what they broke because they are incapable of doing the job properly what a bunch of hacks they are what give mechanics a bad name if I broke something as I tech I fixed it or paid for it not tell the customer it was broken and make them pay for it but I also did the job correctly so things don’t get damaged what a complete bunch of hacks
This dealership is brutal. I brought my Chevy truck 2... - Jpcbone
This dealership is brutal. I brought my Chevy truck 2 times to have work done. Both times my truck was there for over 3 weeks. They do not communicate with you at all. You have to call them to find out the progress on your vehicle constantly. They always have some answers to keep you at bay. Recently I brought my truck 3 plus weeks later and 1,000 dollars down and I left the lot with my air bag and seat belt light on the dash board, and a empty gas tank. When I called to tell them they would not fix the problem, they said the light was not on when they turned the car over to me. Not only is this Ethically wrong, this is Fundamentally wrong on so many levels. If you let someone leave your lot with your airbag light on that means is not working properly if Incase of on accident if air bags don’t deploy it could be deadly and they told me they would not do anything to correct the problem. Why would anyone want to do business with a company that doesn’t have your safety I’m mind. Please think very carefully before doing any business with this company.

Visit any other Chevy Dealer in Connecticut before you consider Vernon Chevrolet - terrible purchase experience
After test driving a used vehicle, we decided to buy it and gave the dealer a $5000 down payment, far above the $1000 to hold it. They gave us an appointment to return to complete the paperwork.
We arrived at the appointment to find out that the vehicle had already been sold to another customer.

Do NOT to business here. They misdiagnosed a problem while I had the warranty, and then doubled the price when my warranty expired. Bad company. I do not recommend them at all. They rip people off.
Excellent!!! - mikec44
I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
