Tammy is excellent as always. I brought our Acadia in for tire rotation, oil change, fluid change While there the inspection showed it needed rear brakes also and I was glad they could schedule the brake service and have a loaner car for my use that day.
My only complaint was with the car wash/interior clean/and tire detailing. While the tire detailing was excellent, and the interior clean was good, they appeared to wash the car very quickly and missed several areas. Perhaps it was their last cleaning on Friday evening. Anyway I came home and proceeded to finish the car wash in my driveway.
I have been to many dealers over the years and I must say Tammy is the best service advisor that I have ever had. She is professional, thorough, kind, and helpful.

Don't trust Partyka - Mr. Clean
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience using Partyka to service one of my 17 commercial vehicles. We took one of the vans in to diagnose a starting problem and were charged the full $129.00 diagnosis fee which ultimately led to the simple replacement of the battery. The total cost out the door was $314.71 for a diagnosis that would have taken less than 10 minutes. I spoke to the Service Manager and the Service writer and the feeling that I got is that "it is what it is and too bad that we had to charge $129 for the diagnosis, but thats what we charge." I also got an estimate for front and rear brake work that was very poorly written and confusing. I then called another Chevrolet dealer and found the Partyka prices to be very high. I need to have trust in who ever repairs and maintains my fleet and unfortunately, I don't have this with Partyka and will never bring any of my 17 vehicles there again.

My experience with Central Chevrolet was in one short word, phenomenal. I was referred to Central by a friend of mine who told me that this was an excellent dealer to purchase my first car. I called the dealership to set up an appointment, worried that my school and work schedule was not going to let me actually attend, they still managed to work around my schedule. Upon giving the information over the phone to the dealers, I got a message the next day saying I had good news waiting for me. I came in the next day much to my surprise, to find out that I was approved for a brand new car! Todd and Ed showed me a similar floor model of the vehicle I would soon be getting, making sure to introduce me to all the features this brilliant car had. The two amazing men were very transparent in an amazing way with what they wanted to achieve; giving me an amazing brand new vehicle. No gimmicks, no games, just honesty and transparency. I was so blessed to have had such amazing dealers to help me get into a car. Todd Martin and Ed O’Greidy did everything and anything they could to not only lower the price of the car, but also get me into a 2019! I went from being approved for a 2018 Chevrolet Spark LS, to a Chevrolet Spark 2019 LT! Todd and Ed had nothing but good news for me every time they called. Not once did Todd ever tell me no, every question I had either had a “yes” response or an “ill get back to you on that” to which he always did. As a customer I felt very secure and knowledgeable about what I was getting myself into. I knew I was in very good hands and any questions I had, Todd reassured me that I could call him if I needed anything answered. Seriously, I would call him and he would be in the midst of getting ready for work, and yet he would still answer my questions! What kind of dealer answers a call when he’s still ironing his shirt?! Only the best! I went in there expecting to walk out with a 2011 car I had my eye on, and instead I left with a 2019! I did not have much to put down, yet they still managed to work with what I had. I cannot emphasize just how much these two gentlemen helped lower the cost of my car. I left more than satisfied, I was in shock and honestly the amount of time it took to get the car felt unreal. Everything happened so fast, and I really felt so lucky and blessed not only to have gotten my first car so fast, but to have also gotten it from a dealer that I would recommend to anyone 11/10 times. I cannot stress enough how amazing these guys and this place is. The entire staff was friendly, the vibe of the dealership felt like a very homey, welcoming place. I have no negative complaints that I can think, not one. The customer service was so phenomenal, my mother went in the next day to purchase a brand new car herself!

I am not really a person to complain, if anything i give anyone the benefit of the doubt. i usualy go to Mt.Kisco cadilliac to get my usual changed or any repair. Unfortunately i had an issue back in January which was claimed resolved and fixed. I come back June with the same issue if anything even worse , they apologized and said they will fix the issue. I am currently now 1month with no car, i fully understand the policy of the loaner cars , but really 1 month and Mt.Kisco couldn’t accommodate a loaner car . i love the staff but unfortunately i will no longer be using them Thank you

I do NOT recommend this auto body. I have worked with them multiple times usually through insurance. The one time I decide to pay out of pocket they charge me over $3K and took over 2 months to fix my car. They ordered the wrong part multiple times and left me driving with no turn signals for over 2 months! They never once offered a loaner or even apologized for their mistake. Once the body work was done and the correct wire was replaced I then found my locks on my passenger door no longer worked. I have since found a new Chevrolet dealer that cares about its clients. They found my wiring was not done properly which costed me an additional few hundred dollars. Car Biz does not take pride in their work clearly. Very Unhappy and will NEVER return.

I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
