Walked into Danbury Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and was immediately greeted by Rachel Gershman. She was extremely helpful and took extra time with me to come up with a new lease deal that I am very pleased with. Her professionalism made it a wonderful experience, and I left with a new 2021 Jeep Compass Limited!

Lisa made trading in our old vehicle for our brand new one such an enjoyable experience. We built our new vehicle and had to wait for it to come in, but Lisa continued communication with us regularly. When our vehicle came in Lisa called us and scheduled a pick up time. It went flawlessly. She took care of everything for us, right down to insurance and plate transfer. I would never buy from anyone else but her!!!! Anthony made the financing a walk in the park and made us feel very comfortable.

From service to sales and parts they are unbeatable - truckerbill63
I have been dealing with Bradshaw's for many years. Over these years, I have dealt with every department. The parts department has always had the right parts for my vehicles and I have never felt overcharged. Dave, Rick and Steve in service have done everything in their power to accommodate my needs within a reasonable time frame. My cars have always been repaired to my expectations and never has there been any grease or dirt left inside or outside the cars by the mechanics. Maryann in the warranty department is very knowledgeable and has handled everything without a single problem. Joe in sales is on top of his game. He inquired as to what I wanted in a vehicle and found the perfect one for me in my price range. Since the sale he has followed up with me to make sure I was happy and there weren't any problems with the car. Jack went over all the paperwork with me explaining every detail so I knew what and why I was signing. And if all that wasn't enough, Sue Atkins, the owner, and her husband, took the time to talk to me about my experience. You will never find a more courteous. customer friendly, and knowledgeable staff than the one at Bradshaw's !!!!

Connecticut law is all persons indoors must wear masks.... - Krct
Connecticut law is all persons indoors must wear masks.
Wetmore’s JEEP employees are NOT WEARING MASKS.. 7 out of 11 employees I was close to were maskless - One man shouted it me that he was 6 feet away and that’s all he had to do. I was meant to sit in a room with several maskless employees ( David) talking on the phone while my oil was changed. The employees refused to comply and were very angry. It’s a shame because the two service managers ( both masked and behind glass .(Tyler) are great.
Terrible service - JH
Dropped my truck off on 4/3/19 for recall issues, and a bad squeal coming from the front brakes. My brakes are covered under warranty and i asked them to fix it. They tried to tell me that there was no issue, they also told me the replaced the front brake pads. I drove the truck off the lot, got to the first stop light and the brakes squealed. I contacted the dealership again, had to bring the truck back in a second time. Again they tried to tell me there was no issue. This time they replaced the rotors. I drove 2 miles of the lot and the brakes squealed, not squeaked, squealed.
This time I filmed the tires as the truck was in motion so they could hear the squeal. The video proof was undeniable. 3rd time I now have to bring the truck back within a month. they tell me they "greased everything they possibly could". Filmed it again, when I drove off the lot and the brakes squealed. I was told by the service manager "I am not sure if I can correct that" via an email. They have yet to fix this issue. During the 3rd visit in a month, I had asked them to replace my winter tires with my new summer tires. After driving off the lot they seemed fine. When I got to highway speeds the truck started vibrating like a wheel was going to fall off.
At this point my frustration level was though the roof with this dealership and their service department. I notified the service manager of the issue, and he informed me that is "probably the tires I bought". He now wants me to believe that one of the most popular and best selling tires that Goodyear makes will vibrate a vehicle like a something is about to fall off. I had to pay $118 for a tire installation job that, like the other work they have done on my truck, has been sub par. I regret buying my vehicle from this dealership, and also dismayed that they are the only convenient option near me to have work done when needed. I have had 2 separate mechanics inspect the vehicle and both agree that the tire installation was bad. In summary, they have not fixed my first problem of brake squealing, and now have created another problem with a simple tire installation.
Filed a BBB complaint and the service manager banned me from the dealership. They still have not fixed the work.
It's Obvious Pamby Motors is running a complicated fraud,... - Soni is a Fraud
It's Obvious Pamby Motors is running a complicated fraud, once you bring your car in and Soni gets his hands on it you are in big trouble. He will start billing you for the air you breathe.
Fake repairs and Fake billing, OH, and yes the service department people at the desk get a commission, so there are serious issues here.
