The dealership refused to honor the GM Educator's Discount when contacted about purchasing a 2021 GMC Canyon. The reason they gave for doing so was Covid changed a lot about the industry. That's total nonsense. Four other dealers on Long Island all honored the discount. They just won't honor it so they can squeeze every last nickel out of a customer. Well, they won't get a penny from me now.

Recently drove from Long Island to Scarsdale to take a look at a certified preowned Traverse. I had set up an appointment with Neville after he confirmed the vehicle was in stock so that I didn't make the long drive for nothing. Neville met my wife and I with a smile and had the vehicle waiting for us to test drive. Before the test drive, he explained that the truck had been sanitized prior to our appointment to ensure our safety given the ongoing pandemic. He also took time to explain the specifications, packages, and nuances of the vehicle, even helping us put a carseat in so that we could see how the space would work for us. Neville's enthusiasm in his job, knowledge and personable demeanor were fantastic. He is a true asset to the dealership. While we decided to go a different route, it was in no way a reflection on Neville and his salesmanship, as he was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly recommended!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he’s a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced,also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it’s driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up.

I have been a GM technician for 15 years and the way this dealership treats there customers is the worst I have ever seen over charge because the customer is deaf an they think they can get away with it they brake additional parts and charge for what they broke because they are incapable of doing the job properly what a bunch of hacks they are what give mechanics a bad name if I broke something as I tech I fixed it or paid for it not tell the customer it was broken and make them pay for it but I also did the job correctly so things don’t get damaged what a complete bunch of hacks

I turned in my Ford lease with them I was told they would pay my remaining balance of 2 payments, 3 days after my deal was done they called me back in office because they were told wrong information and now want me to pay one of my remaining lease payments.
