We bought our car the day before all business closed for covid in NYS last year. Park Ford found us an amazing used Ford almost new at a great price and did it all in one day. We test drove the car, signed the papers, got our insurance and plates and have been happy ever since. Recently we brought in our car for yearly maintenance. Park Ford was prompt and serviced the car while we had lunch. We even got great quotes for trading in our car for a newer one which we are still thinking about. The company is family owned and sales and service people are polite, intelligent and fun to do business with. What's not to like?!!

Stevens Ford is and always has been the best Ford dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Kim and Anthony in service for accommodating my father. They did what other service centers couldn’t and went above and beyond to ensure that his car would be fixed the right way the first time. I think it’s important that anyone reading these reviews knows that these are people you can trust wholeheartedly and no that they care about their customers well-being. Are there other service stations out there that may be cheaper sure but you get what you pay for . They may not always be the cheapest but they’re by far not the most expensive. Finally a special thanks to Mike Healey and and David Stevens for everything he has done for me and my family !

My mother bought a car from here not that long ago. She absolutely loves her car, but had an issue with her sunroof not closing. She went into the service department and spoke to some plain jane women with glasses who was extremely rude. She told my mother that it would be $105 to fix the issue. I’ve been a service advisor for 10 years, and so has my other sister. So, she wanted to charge my mother an hours worth of labor to have a technician shove my mother’s moonroof closed essentially. When my mother said she didn’t have that kind of money at the moment she brushed my mom off and sent her away. When my mom was sitting in their waiting area calling me trying to figure out what to do, she over heard this rude woman talking about her to a Technician saying, “She has no money to fix her car, so we’re not doing anything.” The only reason my mother knew she was talking about her is because she heard the rude woman say “her daughter is a service advisor.” For the record, my entire family is in the automotive industry, and we work for multiple different manufacturers. This woman is the exact reason people hate coming to car dealerships. Because of disrespectful, uneducated, unprofessional employees like this woman. How dare you disrespect my mother, how dare you try and take advantage of someone who needs help. I truly hope you see this, and I hope there are some repercussions for your actions. You should be ashamed to have this woman as an employee at your establishment, because if this is how colonial represents itself no one I know will ever come to any of your stores.

Buying her first new car in more than 20 years was no small task. We met with dealers from Connecticut to the Hudson Valley. It was important to her to not only get a fair price but buy from someone she trusted. After an awful experience in Connecticut where I was asked if I understand how tax worked, we landed, happily, on Al Cianelli. What a wonderful man! I wish we could afford another car right away because we would buy it from him. The entire staff was so gracious and kind and fun to deal with. We were thrilled. Buy from Al! I don't write this review lightly. (PS- she loves her 2020 Edge!)

Let me start this review with my wife and I have purchased and leased roughly 15 Lincoln and Ford vehicles for personal and business use . Recently we decided to lease 2 vehicles from Empire Ford/Lincoln the dealership is close to our home and years ago we purchased from Huntington Lincoln/Ford so we figured we would give them a shot . First car a Lincoln went smooth . When it came time for the second car a Ford it was the complete opposite. After negotiating back and forth and a few phone calls and emails we agreed upon a price . I was told I would get a email the following day with whatever was needed to seal the deal . All items were sent to dealership within 30 mins of email request . Next email was me asking please let me know exact amount needed and whom to have bank check made out to . Email from dealership was what time do you want to come tomorrow to pick up car no mention of who to have check made out to . Either way we settle on 5 pm the following day for pick up . Around 2 pm I get a email telling me who to have bank check written to . No problem I stop my day and run to bank . 445 I leave my business to be at dealership at 5 I arrive ON TIME receptionist says finance person will be right with you 40 mins later finance person tells me to “hang out a few more minutes” when I tell him I have to leave he’s very short with me . Also says I’m lucky they are 2.5 hours behind .
Had they called me and said they were running behind I could have move my schedule around but I would never keep a client waiting 40 mins . Finally finance takes me in his smoke smelling office and proceeds to try and add various fees on to sale mind you they were small $4 a month here or 200 there I felt like he was trying to take advantage. When I called him out on it he got nasty . I picked up my certified check and left .Finance guy I wish I knew his name has no business working with people let alone in the finance department unless he’s related to the owners I ha e no idea how he keeps a job . I will say on a positive note Josh who I believe is a manager there called me and dealt with the situation. Long and short of story Lou (salesman ) Josh manager were fair . Had I not got a car in the last month from Lou the salesman I would not have gone back felt bad about him loosing a commission and I liked the car . Bottom line finance guy needs a new line of work doesn’t represent his employer very well .

So we looked all around New York for a Car Rental Company or few f them and could not locate a company that will secure us more then 1 van. that until we found Pam Rent A Car. We came down to their office and took a look around and they do have dozes and dozes of 15 Passenger vans in NY. Now we knew our plan is secured and we will get all the vans we needed fr the parade. We immediately pen a corporate account that saved us over 10 percent off the total rate and secure the van rentals with a wire transfer t Pam Rent A Car Bank Account.
