I have spoken to many people in 2 months with multiple attempts to resolve my issue and no one has ever did what they said they would. I was a bit skeptical when talking to Sam Turan as a last attempt due to no one doing as they said they would. He has put my faith back in people and their word and what true customer service is. He was not even someone who I have met with personally or even dealt with before and yet he treated me with total respect and complete honesty as if he knew me forever. That is how any customer service and interaction should be no matter the amount of the purchase is or if there isn't a purchase. Thank you Sam for keeping your word. I purchased a G80 Genisis from this dealership with 6000 miles on the car. Being an out of state resident I relied on Charles Goldstein, New Car Sales Manager, who claims he inspected the car. Charles said the car was in “new condition”. The car was delivered to me. The following day I walked out of my office and with the sunlight in a different direction I noticed significant hail damage to the hood of the car. I called Charles and told him of the damage. He requested pictures of the damage which I sent. I was informed by Charles the car was fine when he dropped it off. I requested to speak with a higher manager which Charles said he would arrange. To date no call back after multiple phone calls. I can only say be aware if you choose to do business with these folks. They are not dealing from the top of the deck.
