Very horrible experience, wasted my time and gas to get there just to wait for hours without no one letting us sit and coming to talk to us! I was contacted every single day and they made appointment for me but no one was there to greet when I got there! They were just sitting in their rooms. I wished I didn’t come all the way from north jersey and should have continued working instead. I went in to lease a 2021 Cherokee Limited. Everything was fine until it came down to cost. As an affiliate reward member, there is supposed to be no haggling, I’m entitled to 1% below the dealer invoice plus any specials at the time of purchase. The msrp, was 37k, when I modeled the monthly cost on the lease I used a cheaper trim of $30k which was around $100 per mo with a 10k down payment. I figured it couldn’t be much more with a higher trim. I quickly checked before heading over with the limited trim and it was in the $150 range but didn’t do a screen shot of the model using eshop.jeep.com. Nielsen came back with a $300+ monthly cost for the same terms, handwritten on a blank sheet of paper. When I told them that was drastically overpriced and I wanted to see the dealer invoice and the detail as to how the got to this value, they came and said it was a “mistake” they forgot to apply the affiliates rewards discount about it was reduced to the mid $200s. When I told that was still incorrect and asked to see the detail again, they told me “it doesn’t work that way” and that I needed to show them the website that was reflecting my expectations. I informed them that this wasn’t a game where someone would withhold until seeing what the other had. I told them I would rerun the calculation on my phone with the limited model and in the meantime they should go get the breakdown that I had now asked for 3x. At this point it was again, just a number scribbled on a blank sheet of paper. At their refusal, I walked out.
I’m happy to say I closed today on the EXACT same vehicle, with the same terms (10k down, 15 miles per year, 36 mo) for $138 a month lease with a very reasonable buy back option at another dealership a few miles away.
How this dealership initially expected me to pay close to 3x that and then 2x after their “mistake” while refusing to disclose any detail for that cost is obscene, manipulative and flat out predatory.
Needless to say I will NEVER patronize this dealership and would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a car or leasing to demand a full breakdown of their cost analysis.

Best dealership experience we’ve had yet! I kid you not, the entire purchase took is 2 1/2 hours, and 45 minutes of that was waiting for my insurance agent to figure out how to add a vehicle to my plan. Matt was great, the whole process was easy and painless. We kept within our budget, the truck we got is beautiful. Matt checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Normally we absolutely dread making a new purchase and have to mentally prepare for an entire day at the dealer. Next time we need to buy we know where we’ll be going.

I just leased my 2nd car from them. A 2020 Durango r/t for my wife. The brand new vehicles transmission line blew out 6 days/90 miles after I got it. Absolute nightmare trying to get them to pick up the car and bring it and get a loaner. Kept the car for 4 days then couldn’t get the car returned to me after guaranteeing delivery times of my vehicle. I had to go there to pick up the car after they said it was fixed. The car was absolutely filthy and reeked of transmission fluid, which was all over the truck. The whole thing was handled horribly and the sales manager Nick is a complete moron. Steve the service manager is another lying xxxxxxx. Stay away from this place. They couldn’t care less about you once they have your money.

Their service department is very shady. I didn't buy my car at this dealership but moved here and needed a couple recalls done. I called and made an appt for 3 days later. I asked if they needed to order my parts and they said they have them. I asked if they're sure they had all the parts so I don't do all of this in vane and he reassured me they did.I dropped my car off and also requested they put my drivers side head light in. I bought a new one from another place and just wanted to pay them to take the original out and my new one in. Midas had quoted me a price of $40 to do it. But, since my car was going to be there all day, and I'd be w/o a car all that time, I figured I'd kill 2 birds w/ one stone. I called later in the day to check the status. A woman told me that they didn't have the parts for the recall that involved putting my side door panel molding garnish back on my door. My side panel constantly falls off and that's why there's a recall b/c they're faulty. They were missing a couple clips in their kit and said they'll have to order them and I'd get them in a week.I then found out that they charged me $90 to put a head light in. I couldn't believe the price and why it took them an hour to put it in. I got some lame excuse. Basically, their machanics are either inept or they're crooks. The WHOLE reason I even had them put the headlight in was b/c I had it there ALL DAY to take care of the recall......THAT THEY NEVER EVEN DID.When I told them about the guy assuring me that he had the parts....they gave me some whacko excuses. What a waste of my time and money. After them taking so long to get the parts, I told them to never mind about calling me b/c I got it done already at a competent Chrysler dealership. She then said, okay, we'll cancel the order then. So, they're not even interested in getting this part (that they don't have) for future use of another customer that's in there for that same recall. That poor person will go through the same thing I went through...w/ all of that inconvenience......and they don't care at all.I was supposed to get a survey but I never did b/c they knew I wouldn't give them a good one. That place is absolutely horrible and if you're reading this and thinking about using this dealership to buy your new car...........DON'T. Their service department is a good indication of how they opperate and how they treat their coustomers. Go to a good dealership that's not related to them so that you don't get taken by the sales person and don't have horrible service when you come into problems w/ your car and have to bring it back in...wheather it be for recalls, things under warrantee, or things not under warrantee.

The Team Welsh Service Department continues to deliver....day in and day out!! I dealt with Service Manager Kevin who knows me by name and treats me with respect. Hes very thorough and keeps me in the loop with whats Warranty and whats not!! If im ever out of town, Kevin advises me on what services to take care of and the CORRECT parts to use to keep my car and warranty in tact!!!AMAZING!!! Who does that!! Only some one who truly cares for there customers and the community at large!!
