From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we sensed a friendly environment where the customer is noticed, appreciated and cared for. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. The salesman, Chris Galletta, took his time and let me ask as many questions as I wanted to - often repeating myself to be sure. He is truly an expert when it comes to comparison shopping. He was able to tell me the details of many of the features compared to other cars, makes and models. The management couldn't have been more courteous and receptive to our needs. Once we sealed the deal, we waited in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and were offered hospitality, coffee, tea, etc. Also, we were handed an iPad so we could review all the great features of the car we bought and learn how to they worked, all while we were waiting. The time flew by. Thank you, Chris and Nissan for an amazing deal on an amazing car. I love my Rogue Sport and will definitely come back when my husband needs a car this summer.

I dread the whole car buying experience because I had been rejected and promised things before that never worked out and coming from a dealer who was trying to overcharge me in fees and not looking out for me at all, when I came to Edison Nissan, I did not have my hopes up at all but Stephen L. Took care of me from begin to end, he asked me all the important questions and said we will get you a car that you want and put you at where you want to be and when I tell you he did just that its straight FACTS! My credit by no means is perfect, I am under 650 and they got me something better than I expected and was able to get it all done so I can pick up my vehicle on my birthday. The whole process was very detailed but smooth, even the finance office explained everything completely with no bs and even gave me recommendations on things to do to boost my car to help my score for the future. So, as I previously stated, from start to finish I recommend this dealership 100%.

FAKE SALE - Pop
Went to buy a Sentra for advertised “SALE PRICE”. Wasted my time. They would not sell the car for advertised sale price. Beware of fake add ons. Like$ 395. “Etching”. Extra DMV. Fees. Salesman states sale price is only to get you in here..............then they play with you for 2 hours,,,,,,then you walk out.........never again..........AVOID THIS PLACE. FAKE SALE......

My wife and I spent Saturday with Ray and he took us from just looking at a cars, a test drive, negotiation on a purchase and finally made sure that we understood all the features of our new Nissan Rogue Sport SV.

I have been a vary happy owner of a 2010 Nissan Xterra purchased new. I have since reached 172,000 miles and my beloved Xterra (Durable Tank) has passed on to the grand parking lot in the sky... I do miss my old Nissan Xterra. Time for a new Car / SUV for I returned to RT 130 Acme Nissan Dayton NJ.
Upon my arrival to the Acme Nissan Dealership I was greeted By salesman Brad Fischer who extended the offer of coffee, water, or hot chocolate.
Long story short Brad proceeded to show me both new and used vehicles on his lot. I picked up a 2016 Nissan Murano pre owned Nissan certified. The Murano was "MINT Brand new and shiney" . Needless to say Brad and I did haggle over price and I got a "great " deal in addition to great value for my hard earned dollar.
I was then directed to the finance officer David Marurek who was also very professional.
Brad and Dave are both credits to Acme Nissan and exceeded the standards of what a care dealership professionals should meet.
I highly recommend Acme Nissan on rt 130 Dayton to anyone looking to pick up a new or pre owned Auto.

Dealership is excellent! Provided us with a great deal on a new Nissan Rogue. The salesman was very nice to work with and very professional. My daughter also bought a car at this dealership and we are very pleased.

They had a used 2019 Altima advertised on line, texted me at 8 PM that it was in stock,
9 AM the next morning we get there and it's sold. "sometimes it takes a couple of days for our system to update" was the excuse, really????? Then they try to sell me a new car.

We spent two weeks going to different dealers. It was such a relief to finally come to Bridgewater Nissan. The quality of the used cars was superior and the price was lower. The salesman Dan Murillo was professional, not pushy and explained everything in detail. He made sure to give us the best car for our price range. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. There was no bait and switch which we experienced at other dealers.

I would never purchase another car from them in life. Bad customer service. If I didn't have to pick a star in order to leave a review I would not had. They are straight scams. Told me one price while I was there I gave them the check from my own personal auto loan through my bank. Four days later they call to tell me my check was voided. Called my bank to find out what happened and they told me the car dealership tried to cash the check for more than what the check was written out for. If I give you a check and it says $20,000 on the check THAT'S ALL THE CHECK IS FOR! So why try to add $500 more to it without me knowing. Thank God my bank (Police and Fire Federal Credit Union) caught the fraudulent activity. Called them and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. But my bank knew EXACTLY what they were talking about. They started blowing my phone up and leaving me emails for me to replace a check after they did fraudulent sneaky activity behind my back. I replaced the check which I was totally inconvenienced. Had to go to my bank, then two different fed ex locations to send them the check not to mention I ended up paying $14 to fed ex the check. Time went on maybe 3 weeks later I was sent out a check from them for I'm assuming something that I overpaid which I believe someone from my job stole so I attempted to call them so they could stop the check and issue me out another one. They told me the check was sent out and it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received anything from them. At this point they're giving me the run around. I called my sales rep James Ayala several times and he's refused to get back to me. I called customer service left my info and no one has gotten back to me. Funny how when it was their money they called me everyday for their check but now it's my money no one is calling me back. I contemplated writing this review for a while now but I'm fed up. Poor customer service, liars, scammers, money hungry and frauds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Thank me later!!!!

I feel extremely cheated by the Nissan dealership in Springfield, NJ. I completely agree with all of the negative reviews that this dealership has received and with the "D" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They are slimy, will hide a mountain of hidden fees, and blatantly lie about any offers they carry. They assume no responsibility for their mistakes and continue to operate under false pretenses. They are unable to finance with large banks because of their dishonesty and shady deals. Absolutely horrible, immoral people work there. Chris, the GM, and Paul in financing, claim to have full transparency, but they throw bait and switch games all day long. Many people have complained about this location, yet they are allowed to continue operating. I will be sure to never refer any of my colleagues, staff, friends, or family to this dealership. It is incredibly disappointing to know that they represent a brand that a used to trust. I will NEVER go back to this dealership.
