After going to a few Kia dealerships closer to us, we went to Murray’s Kia because we saw the had a largest selection and several the Sorento we were looking for in a variety of colors. It was first class from the door, Erick P was knowledgeable but in no way pushy. Russ in finance was funny and easy to talk to, and answered all our questions. Alex went over the whole car and technology so we understood and felt confident driving our new car. Murray’s made the process of buying a car enjoyable, as it should be. now we’re thinking about replacing our other car with a Kia! Highly recommend Murray!

Shy was great! I bought my last vehicle from Shy and the experience was great and this one was just as great! Shy worked to get a great deal and the extra attention of helping me transfer item from one car to the next. I went in for service and ended up leaving a new KIA instead.

Cathy was the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with! She was so nice and really helped us get the car we needed. I will definitely be going back to see her at the Ford dealership for my next car and I will definitely send her my friends and family. All of the staff were professionally dressed and wearing masks for safety. You can tell they really care for their customers.

I purchased a used Kia Soul off their lot on Dec. 12, 2020. I took it for a test drive & everything was good except the steering wheel wasn't straight when the car was straight. I asked if service could fix it & was told they were short handed. Got it home & proceeded to detail it a little. I found that the all the cup/bottle holders were filthy. Not even touched by their detailer. I kept finding dirt all over. All the door pockets, glove box & spare tire compartment. I was told the car was serviced. Oil changed & cabin filter changed. I checked the cabin filter after seeing it wasn't detailed properly & found it was not changed. I doubt the oil was changed either because it's a little dirty.
Two weeks after getting the car, I had the the alignment checked by a local garage because the front tires were wearing & was told that it was out of alignment & that the tie rods on the passenger side were bent. I finally spoke to a Sussman sales manager named Chuck. He said that the car is supposed to have a safety check done to it and it's supposed to be detailed. When I asked why the alignment wasn't done he said that it's not part of their safety checks. When I asked why the car wasn't detailed he said the dealership may have used the car. I told them several days before that I was coming to test drive and possibly buy the car, it could have been cleaned up before I got there. Chuck was not helpful at all and hung up on me. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!

I wish I could give negative stars . Over the years I bought and leased from Faulkner ,Team , Fred Beans and so on. I have never been treated so poorly here at Kia Warrington. I’ve never seen such padded dealer fees. Check all your paperwork before making a deal at this place!! 3500+ for documentation fee and title fee etc is Beyond excessive . In all my years I’ve never seen so many added on fees. So many times I leased and after all the fees it’s up to 1000 tops maybe 1400 some dealers not 3500 for dealer fees. Tried to treat me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. All the padded fees at another dealership one hour later only added up to $1400 and they give me thousands more for my trade with no fight at all . I’m talking thousands more . The other dealership treated me with nothing but respect and had complete transparency. Paperwork broke down the fees and nothing was excessive no high supposed tax bs no excuses. Such a bad buying experience I see now why everything is being done online. Places like Kia are such snakes.I went to another dealership minutes away and got taken care of without excessive fees and they treated me with respect. Please protect yourself don’t go to this please do research. I got up and walked out saved thousands of dollars later at another dealer. You never have to stay after they offer you horrible
deals you’re never stuck , you should get up and leave.
Absolutely disgraceful business practices in how to speak to POTENTIAL clients, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
PS If you make a deal with them over phone or email because you saw advertisement they won’t honor it . When you get there it is such a waste of time making you wait hours and offering horrible numbers take my word for it time is so precious nowadays don’t listen to these guys they are liars snakes and vultures.

This place is terrible and avoid like the plague. To potential visitors - would you buy a car from a car dealership that has signs posted on its windows - dogs on premises? Would you buy a car from a dealership that has posted pictures of people not allowed onto its premises? Value Kia gives a deservedly bad reputation to car dealers/sales people and Value Kia causes one to question the American educational system.
I do not know who these people are who posting reviews but here was my experience at Value Kia:
1. I entered the dealership and there were only two models on the floor. There is space for more models but the dealership has chosen to utilize its floor space to display tables and chairs. Despite the many tables and chairs there were no salesmen available. The Sales Manager (Shonadera) asked me to be patient. After 30m, I had to ask her if she was going to send a sales person to talk to me. In the interim, some other person asked to make a photocopy of my drivers license.
2. By the time a Salesperson did visit me (15m later - 45m in total), we went to examine the car that i was interested in. When I asked for a test drive; he told me that I needed to make an appointment. Ask yourself this: If you need to make an appointment to test drive a car, then why is someone asking to photocopy your license.
3. I then told the salesperson; I do not want a test drive. I then asked for a quote on the car. The salesperson went to Shonadera (Sales Manager). The salesperson returned with a Credit Application. I said I want the price of the car. He said: "I do not have a price, but I want you to fill out this Credit Application."
Let me ask the reader here, is that intelligent/intelligence. Or is that stupidity? After wasting an hour in total at Value Kia, I walked out and left.
If you check out Value Kia on other review websites.
Stay away from this place. These guys got me in there on... - Tom V
Stay away from this place. These guys got me in there on the pretense that I could take the car out for an unchaperoned test drive (for an hour) so that I can have my wife and mother in law get in the car. My wife just had a baby and my mother in law has other health issues and both are afraid of COVID. They said that I can take the car for an hour and bring it back. I got there exactly at the premade appointment time. The guy that I made the appointment with (Doug) was with another customer. He assigned me to another guy (whose name I didn't catch) who promptly left me for a morning huddle with all the employees! Why can't they do a team meeting BEFORE they open the store? After he came back, he was just dragging his feet, eventually telling me that they are not going to let me take the car out for a test-drive! His boss "doesn't remember" clearing this, when I called in 5 days ago and Doug told me that "his boss cleared it"! Maybe they didn't think my skin color was trustworthy enough for an unchaperoned test-drive... or maybe my skin-color can't afford it!
