Great Experience from start to finish! My first interaction was with Marjorie who responded to my internet questions and assured me that the car was, in fact, as described, available and on the lot. She placed a hold on the car and assured us it would be waiting when we got down to Pine Belt later that day....when we arrived there was a sign hanging from the mirror "Reserved for Denise." Car was cleaned and waiting for us in front. She was receptive to my needs and placed me in great hands with John. We couldn't have been paired with a better salesman....although felt more like a friend. Very relatable and sensitive to my son's needs as well as ours, as parents of a new driver. He was always one step ahead of us throughout the process, making it very easy and efficient. Also John was able to build confidence with my son and the vehicle, which was key since it is his first car. John was also able to put our reservations and concerns to rest as parents of a new driver after discussing the safety features of the Jeep. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and left us with few questions. Entire process never felt like a sales pitch or hard sell, just very sincere. Talked through numbers and John went to bat for us. Enter Matt Lavender who, again, was very upfront and to the point, so no wasted time. He was able to work with us to strike a deal and was willing to take the time to make sure we felt comfortable with such a large purchase and big decision. John handled the insurance and motor vehicle components leaving us with little follow up. We were then introduced to Matt Guderian who was able to help us choose the extra packages that made sense based on our needs. He was patient while educating us on the differences and asked all the necessary questions to help us make smart decisions while working within our budget. The car was detailed and ready for us to take home when we finished the process. John was there to shake our hands at the end, take a photo and spend additional time with my son making sure his phone was set up and that he had a strong understanding of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I have been going back and forth on what car to get after my car lease was up. Well I decided on Jeep and after visiting other Jeep dealers I was recommended to World Jeep. Thank god....because Frantz took excellent care of me and my needs of a car. He was sweet, fair and over accommodating. I would refer him over and over. Then Nicole explained all of the services and how to use them in my new vehicle. Very sweet and very patient. It has been a long time since I have felt so unnerved in any dealership and I completely appreciate them for that.

I work for a Honda car dealership (17 years) in the service department, VW prior to that (3 years) and this was my first cold car buying experience. Brendan Cooper was very easy to work with and though I had found the same exact truck locally to me for 1k more, it was worth driving over an hour away to give him my business. The F&I assigned to me Charles Vitale was just as great. Same straight forward manner with nothing to hide, they put in the effort to get me the best rate to finance. Overall from their lot to the show room floor, the price and condition, I knew I made the right decision and that pre-owned RAM 1500 was the one. Thank you for taking care of me! Definitely would go back for my future Trackhawk!

Well you can read my review from the date mentioned in title about Lester Glenn on rte 37 Toms River NJ . This is the update I mentioned about seeing if they actually did the right thing after buying a new Fiat 124 Spider. The answer is NO they did not do right by me and in fact after all is said and done they actually robbed me for half of the gap payment and only refunded me half of my payment of GAP. I guess they needed to keep $500 of my payment rather than giving me a full refund after lying to me about the cost of GAP. Looks to me after you buy a car from this dealership and they get your money, they then don't give a dam about doing the right thing by the customer. READ WHAT THEY WRITE UP AS OPPOSED TO WHAT THEY DO FOR YOU. They will tell you one thing and do another. I personally would never buy from this dealer again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Bunch of lying thieves. They are a take your money and run dealership.

Richie Warren was very helpful. I had two bad experiences back to back at SeaView Service. This last time the customer service representative was making inappropriate jokes, including other customers, saying I was grumpy at my last visit and that's why I got today's services free. Richie was kind enough to speak to his manager and they got me additional discounts which was very nice. At my prior visit, the workers did not vaccum my jeep even though I requested it, they put the wrong mileage on the sticker and on my receipt, and it took a long time, even with an appointment.
