Just wanted to share my first experience the Schumacher Chevrolet dealership in Little Falls, I brought in my 19 Canyon that had a leaking CV axle boot (from my own wrong doing). Not only did they fix it at no charge they delivered the truck to my work place when it was done ! Awesome customer service and extremely satisfied with their communications . Very Professional and friendly staff. Something Im not accustomed to coming from my many experiences with Jeep service departments around my area ( Jeeps Service dept is Completely Disgraceful !) Thank You so much Schumacher , Im looking forward for you guy to take care of my future services !

Our brand new truck got stranded bc of engine issues (it wasn’t turning on) and bc we didn’t buy it from that dealership (but we are under warranty as the truck is 4 months in) they didn’t give us a loaner bc they “didn’t have any” they expected us to give in and say ok to their Pathetic excuses. We live 40 min away so we needed a car to get home! There were 3 other angry customers complaining about the service in the 1 hour we were there so it wasn’t only us. hope they get it together

This is my 2nd dealing with the Service Dept here and shame on me for not learning my lesson on my 1st bad encounter. I scheduled an appt for an oil change and an issue with one of my tire pressure sensors. They charged me $90 for a genuine OEM GM part that can be bought for $34 - $43.
The up sale pressure on service that is not even recommended by the maintenance manual is over the top.
Complete ripoff artists and the epitome of the prejudice that keep people away from using dealerships for service.

I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Dennis he’s a liar and racist. We took our 2013 Cadillac Escalade to get serviced,also they changed a recalled airbag and they fix a rough engine idle which it still shakes a little after the service being done to it and we told Dennis about it and he said just drive it because you brought us an Escalade with almost a 100,000 miles on it and it should stop once it’s driven. We had over $1600 worth of work done to came back to our display screen not working properly the backlight was messed up and Dennis blamed the dealership we purchased the Escalade from for the display problem. which we never had a problem with the the display screen until after the Dennis and the others at Mount Kisco Cadillac serviced it. Dennis had us wait serval hours to see if they could fix something they broke (display screen) and after serval hours of waiting he called to tell us we have to pay to get if fix. Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody because that may mess your once working vehicle up.

Boycott Bical Chevrolet
This company is both ruthless and incompetent. They sold me a GM tire warranty which was not honored at a different dealership as promised. It took Bical Chevy 2 business days to change a flat tire that had no rim damage. I was upset that I was without a car for two days for a simple tire change. I incurred taxi expenses. But I was obligated to go through Bical for my tire. Even though they don’t have tires in stock. And evidently, they can’t obtain tires in a reasonable amount of time. They sold me a warranty for a product they are ill equipped to handle.
Because I objected to their lethargic service. They are now declining to service my car. It has several door locks which no longer function. Bical is contractually obligated to service my car. They leased my Chevy Volt to me with a bumper to bumper warranty. So, they get the profit. And some other GM dealer now has to perform the warranty service. It’s a nice business model to make sales and refuse to do warranty work.
When I spoke to the manager of Bical, she told me sometimes it is best to walk away. I think she is right. We all should walk away from Bical Chevy. BOYCOTT BICAL

Service manager Erik got back in my car and caused more damage in front of my own eyes and then basically threw me out of the dealership after serving me with my bill. Very poor and unprofessional staff. Is been almost a month and they haven’t call me yet to tell me about the parts I was supposed to receive under warranty. I called the service center they didn’t know anything about the parts. The second time another person picked up the phone, transferred me to Mac line. It was waste of time. He never picked up the phone. . I left a voicemails and never got any calls back. So, I wonder if you want me to do business with you buying a newer car guess what, Ain’t doing any business with you. They only care about sales and making money to their sales person for a new car and used.
I am very disappointed and I don’t want any calls from this dealer or emails regarding this issue. I’m not wasting my time.
By the way I’m going to Millennium Chevrolet to get my new car and my services done. They always do great with their customers.

I was looking for a newer car to buy. I visited numerous car dealerships, all were very positive, but H&L Chevrolet was a cut above the rest by far. Every call was returned, every question answered promptly. I live in Harrisburg, Pa., and because of COVID-19, I could not travel to Connecticut because of my occupation. H&L drove the car I wanted to buy to Pennsylvania. They drove 3.5 hours to deliver the car I wanted, then drove 3.5 hours back. Talk about above the call of duty! The salesman Lou was great to work with, he was very professional, and he was the one who drove the car to Pennsylvania. I give them an A+++

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

I went there to check my chevy cruze 2012 and after the car been there for the whole day , Dave call me and told me my car wasn’t good , that the car lost communication and that my engine had a ticking noise , my dashboard had a message “stabilitrack control” “traction control” only so he told me that the work was going to cost me about 10,000 , and not to waist money on it because the car is no good, I decided to used you tube and search and all my car need it was a change the cover valve and the negative cable for the battery, a tune up and replaced the temp sensor all that cost me 350 , my husband did the work and my car is working fine and car sound like new . Great job chevy after charging people almost $200 dollars to check the car and all they can tell you is get rid off yr car bcse is not good . Wao!! My husband is not a mechanic and did better than chevy . Don’t waist money in this people all they do is take your money .

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
