First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town.
Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there.
So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!

I rarely leave online reviews and I have never amended a previous review. My experience with Levittown Ford warrants a change of my original review. I had a negative experience that I had posted earlier. Almost immediately after posting my initial review I was contacted by the manager Charles. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when people make excuses. Charles’ candor was exceptional! He did not try to pass the buck and immediately took responsibility and wanted to rectify it. Charles and his team went above and beyond to address my issue and it was clear he took control of the situation to make sure it was addressed. To say at this point I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Everyone is entitled to make an error and the way that Charles and his team stepped up to the plate afterwards was outstanding. I commend Charles and his team for making me a loyal customer and ownership should be thrilled to have such a competent person running that department.

I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

Its the service related issues that bring me to write this complaint.
The lack of transparency and courtesy is astonishing, Waited 5 hrs for a maintenance preset appointment that I scheduled in advance because of my job and schedule. I am so disappointed, no care for folks who work and scheduled their appointments according to the time off. I sat in the middle of the village waiting for a call with no place to sit, or go because of the health crises, yet I called several times in the course of dropping my vehicle at 9am till retrieving it at 2pm inquiring about my car, the experience was truly getting worse by the hour with false information. No regards to my work schedule, living 6 miles away with no option of getting home, nothing. The note that others dropped off their cars for full service and they are a priority is not how you redirect or change a service appointment when you have to leave your car and you can't get a phone call or update after the drop off.
They make it seem like they are doing me a favor and I should be thankful?
Its not a free service, so why should lack of professional business scheduling fall into my personal experience of frustration and you can become difficult when I get upset that I called you back after you promised to update me to ensure I can retrieve my vehicle within a few hours?
I would gladly have rescheduled or gone to another place if they were honest and transparent.
My time matters and I don't like being misled.
You will lose your valued customers to such rhetoric and dishonesty.
I ask to speak with the owner or general manager, and was told they are not available, then told I don't know how to reach them.
Unprecedented in these days of uncertainty.
Disappointed in my overall results.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

Actually i never like to write a bad review about any business but the ford service really pissed me off. Mid nov 2020 i left my car to be fixed, the following date they text me , they need to change the TCM and the battery the car will run, the cost was 1242$ i approved.
The following day they text me and they ask to change the clutch that extra 2300$ i didnt approve because from the beggining they had to tell me all this.
How ever i find out that the TCM is actually under the warranty program for this car up to 150 k mile.
How ever we had agrement for 2405.00$ and they fix it i paid and got my car back and i drowe 5 miles again same problem , this happen 2 times back and fort same day dec 3rd and i left the car there again since then keep caling but no body toke the responsibility to update with me about my ford focus . Finaly today could reach a different service advasore and again he told me ather parts needs to change too thats an other extra 2 k
This is really ripped off and unprofesdional service for the ford company.
