I went to get in and get my oil changed and was worried it would take longer than predicted so i asked Alicia if I could get a rental car for the day so that I wouldn't be waiting around, instead she went out of her to check on my car to make sure it was processed quickly. As soon as she saw it being brought out she came and told me. She also made me aware of the 4% rate on using a card instead of cash before I got charged. I also liked that I was able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while waiting for my car.

We are at the end of our second lease with Rockland Nissan, and our experience has been awful so far. Just today I got hung up on by several Rockland Nissan employees. Finally I got on the phone with someone named Bill, I wouldn’t be so sure it’s a real name. I got yelled at and disrespected, when I mentioned that I am still a customer, the gentleman told me that I am nobody. I will never go back to Rockland Nissan and advise everyone I know to never deal with this disgusting place. I am going to research Nissan Corporate customer service because what happened today is outrages.

I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

Not equipped to fix a Nissan - carz10
I had a problem the AEB system in the 2018 Altima SR. I brought my car in 3 times, June 26, June 27 and July 10th. Each time they said the could not find anything wrong with AEB (auto emergency braking system). This issue was that the AEB warning light would come on even at a full stop, in my garage or just driving along and stay on. Had no way of knowing if the system was actually working..
Nemet service said they hooked it up to their computer but did not get back any error messages. Found that to be very strange. This malfunction was all over the internet but they could not find it!! When I drove out of service after picking up my car the warning came right on. This happened all 3 times I picked up my car. Finally after picking up my car on the 3rd visit and the warning light came on. I drove back to the Nemet left the car running so the service person can verify the light was on. Needless to say they could still could not find why this was happening.
I decided to call Nissan Customer service. Will keep this part short. They told me to bring my car to Koeppel Nissan and meet up the a NIssan Service Tech. Showed the Tech some pictures and described what was happening. The tech said it will be fixed within 1 hour. Found out the reason Nemet service could not find the issue was because Nemet service no longer had access to the Nissan computer so they could bot get the the service bulletin codes C1A16 AND NTB19-033. What this tells me is that Nemet lied and tried to pass off the issue knowing full well that they could not fix the car. In the end Keoppel service fixed the car within an hour and since July 30th the AEB works perfect.
Nemet Nissan is now closed as an official Nissan dealer and is no longer listed on the Nissan USA website as a dealer.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

Ive been going to Teddy Nissan for over 3yrs. These past few visits have gotten worst due to poor management in the service dept. My last visit they warrantied one bulb and charged 60 for the other. After complaining to the GM- the price was reduced drastically as the bulb itself was 5.00 Giving them the benefit of the doubt i returned today for an appt for a diagnostic on a noisy suspension I waited over 4hrs for my car to be dispatched to a tech, after that the verdict of my car having a clicking sound was due to swollen lug nuts. The service advisor Gordon never conveyed to me the repairs needed Instead he authorized the tech to change all 20 lug nuts without my consent. When i go to pick up my car i was charged over 268.00 The service reps and dispatcher mario made comments that i was the "crazy guy that always complains/ i didnt have that kind of money to pay"What type of buisness is this?.... very shady tactics and unprofessional attitudes I can tell this buisness has went in the wrong direction when shady tactics has to be used in order to produce the store more revenue. Im sure this place is losing customers daily. Bad buisness

Spoke with Michael on the phone to replace a tire on a new car I just bought from Nissan. It was the most unpleasent customer service I have ever encountered. He was rude and extremely demeaning. Since I'm not going to give money to someone who scolds me for asking for help, I went to Discount Tire instead and had no problem with them. 10/10 will never spend another dime there.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
