A wonderful sales experience, along with top notch service. - bobgram55
I’ve been purchasing cars for more than five decades. In all that time, Marty Field has been the best sales associate with whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I bought my Boxster in 2016. I saw it in your show room and fell madly in love with it. Marty shared my enthusiasm and negotiated a more than fair deal and trade. There was no high pressure sales talk, and no rush.. after the purchase he continued to call to find out how he could be of further service and to affirm the beauty and wonder of this most excellent vehicle. During my subsequent visits for car check ups, we have opportunity to talk not simply about the Porsche brand, but also about our families and what wonderful turns our lives often take. Marty truly cares about his customers, and I know that he’s most responsive to anything that I or others might need. He’s the best. And speaking of the best, your Service department is nonpareil—Simply outstanding.in their ability and care for my beloved vehicle. I am a clergyman and therefore not terribly wealthy. But the Boxster was a retirement gift to myself, and it may well be the material possession which is given me most joy. Thank you Jack Daniels!

My most recent experience at Manhattan Motorcars was positive. I had a minor issue that required time and attention to diagnose properly. Great customer service!
Great experience with Jeremy in the service department.... - Richard.green0726
Great experience with Jeremy in the service department. I had an issue that my 3rd party warranty wouldn’t cover. After some back-and-forth, he got them to cover the issues. Thank you again, Jeremy.
Take lots of before pictures of entire car! - 955CTT
Second time in a row where I brought my vintage Porsche in only to have a service technician destroy something on the driver's side due to neglect.
This minor fix yet major eyesore was not honored by the dealer even after their service manager acknowledged they likely caused the issue. I suspect if you car is not in lease or recently bought, their service levels drop dramatically.

When I first came here back in 2016, everyone was rude & unprofessional and decided to never come back. But because of convenience, i decided to go back and noticed the changed of staffs. Once the new staffs came in, everything & everyone was great! Kim and front desk are very professional & friendly. They are definitely a keeper!

horrible. - unsatisfied customer
Horrible place to buy a car.
I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

Spent nearly 2700 as labor charge to replace a vacuum pump, air cleaner cartridge and annual service (oil change, filter change and drain clean). Total came around $4100. Is this normal??????????
Even if you pay $300 per hour to do this service should have spent at-least 9 hours!!!
and the most funniest part after charging this much they didn't even clean water drain under the hood.

I’m usually not a review type of person but my experience last week was definitely a breath of fresh air.(a lil covid humor) I made my appointment with a new gal that was super friendly helpful and brightened my day with her voice which in my past experience with this dealer was not the case. She made is so simple as was so sweet my wife and I couldn’t wait for our appointment to put a face with this voice. We came in she was just as beautiful in persona as on the phone great style and had neat Gucci shoes on
Great addition to the Team Porsche Gold Coast!! She’s a Gem to the Team We will be back

This used to be a great dealership, I have been a customer for over 20 years purchasing 5 different vehicles from them back to the old Sportique location.
The service has gone greatly downhill and they cannot correctly diagnose or correct problems, I just do not think the talent is available for these complicated cars.
In late 2015 we purchased a Cayenne S and had problems with it right away, the sound system/navigation/computer would just crash, and you would get screeches and noise throughout the system. They replaced the amp then the system them they reflashed it. The vehicle was at the dealership a total of 12 times for this issue the last time for over two weeks, with no solutions.
I let them do all the recommended service, the minor service, the major service, everything, because I wanted to keep the vehicle longer term as it was the last of the V8’s.
One month after the warranty ended the system went haywire and I brought it in, they found the problem INSTANTLY and told me it was the sunroof drains and it would be a $5000 job and the NO it would not be covered. I should have started a complete stink with PCNA, but I decided to trade the car for a 911 instead of dealing with the problems.
I felt very betrayed by the dealership who I had given so much business over so many years that they would not even try to fight for me and make this right, I should not have bought another Porsche at that time, but I did.
AND the 911 was a total lemon and the dealer could not fix it!!!!
2018 911 base with 3000 miles on it at delivery it had a leak, so they had to replace something, then an oil leak (after a service) that turned out to be a turbo. Then the big problems a leak from the coolant pump, that they repaired but then the car would overheat OVER and OVER and OVER!! 5 time stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck, 5 times they tried to fix it and it just continued to overheat!!
The dealer replaced the pump again then a valve then there was air in the system then they just did not know! All of this with 7000 miles on the car.
Well, I finally got so sick of being stuck that I traded the car in and that will be my last Porsche for a while.
I even got an email from a new dealership after the trade to rate the service, because as you can guess it overheated again and the replaced the pump…again!!
I would not recommend the service department at Porsche of Huntington, the technicians do not seem to have the knowledge and the dealership itself it too small and overcrowded. Just trying to find a place to park your car is a challenge and the service advisors change on a monthly basis!

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine"
I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM
was unable to correct the problem.
I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem.
After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced.
I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me.
I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.
